Metro Hospital & Cancer Institute: Best Cancer Hospital in Delhi Ncr, India

Doctor bharat and Doctor deepak prajapati are very good doctor. My patient was admitted In Gicu and 2nd floor. All staff here were very nice. Nursing, house keeping, food services all excellent.

Very good hospital. Dr. Hardeep and Dr. Jitendera Agarwalji are good doctors.the nursing, housekeeping and diet, over all care quiet good.

Punctuality very poor. Doctors not available on time. Confirmed time from reception but doctor not available on time. I am waiting in the hall for doctor to arrive. Very bad experience. My 85 years old mother is waiting in the hall but doctors come at their own leisure time.

Very worst experience in the hospital too much bad adminstration management they are not providing the full support to nursing staff that's s why all are helpless to provide the better assistance to patients, i recommend do not visit to this hospital.

Worst hospital experience. Hell bent on hospitalising the patient. Without adequate staff and capacity. Avoid hospitalization at the hospital at any cost. Can't say about OPD services.

Hospital staff specially duty doctors are not supportive at all. Even infrastructure is not good as well! This private hospital is as stinky like a Public hospital.

Pathetic consultation given by Dr. Amit. I regret when I visit at metro hospital & Cancer inst. They are also not providing the chairs to older guard/people's who is also standing in the main gate.

Dr. Rakesh Kumar Jagdish is an exceptional doctor with great experience. She treated one of my relatives who was suffering from pancreas infection. The kind of care & treatment was commendable. He sits with the attendant of patient and explains everything in detail. It is usually said that if doctor talks politely, half of the cure is done. In this case, he justifies that statement.

Doctors don't even communicate properly
They only know one thing that is money and how to pressurerise common people so that they can get lumsome money.

This hospital real life hell
Because hospital admit my mom dengue but first day
Report dengue negative
But doctor told me dengue positive
Now my mom health very bed.now my mom ventilator.
246860 bill 2 day only dengue

And doctor give me wrong medical slip.

My two relatives were admitted in the time of Covid-19 Wave 2. The situation was worst to handle in Delhi. But somehow got my people admitted there. And I was received the best hospitality in terms of Doctors, Medicines, Communication. I am very much satisfied with the Staff, Doctors & Hospital. Everything is well maintained and handled calmly. This hospital has most incompetent, unprofessional & careless bunch of doctors and staff. I don’t think this hospital should ever be considered for any sort of treatment. There is absolute zero visibility and transparency of patient’s actual health condition and line of treatment given. I’ve never seen such dumb and pathetic doctors in my life who doesn’t know anything, lack confidence, full of negativity and care a damn about patient’s life. Hospital will only make you run for every small thing as this hospital doesn’t have any facility and nothing is available there. Pathetic and hopeless place.

I was taken good care of by the nursing staff here and Dr Rishabh and Dr Deepak were quite helpful and gave me a proper treatment through which i could fully recover post covid complications. I would like to thank the team here.

The worst hospital ever, I've made my patient tested for RTPCR test and was promised the reports within 48-72 hours. It has been more than 72 hours, charged an amount of Rs 1100/ but yet not received reports. They neither entertain patients queries nor they make an efforts to facilitate. Empty sanitizer bottles at the reception. Poor facilities.
Seriously regretting to get it tested at such hospital.
Thumbs down. The Government seriously needs to take strict action against such fake staff and irresponsible hospital who are continuously making fake promises.
