Bad experience with service. Don’t add water/dry wash here, get it done outside with same price. They use low pressure dry air and tell this later, the mud won’t go off at all.they gave my vehicle in time so I gave 1 stars, response is slow at service centre.

I was thinking about getting my bike serviced here, but after reading so many bad reviews, im avoiding it. Thanks mates who posted their experience here

Metro Motors RITHALA. The most pathetic Hero service center in Delhi. When you go there, definitely you are going to be looted. They are looter. Their staff behavior was completely rude Specially Mr. AJAY.

Their bike washing service is tremendously remarkable, You can see picture in review. Mud and dirt was in everywhere. The service personnel they have employed are clearly masters of their craft, skillfully ensuring that not a single dirt, mud is left untouched.

Their washing technique, which is nothing short of extraordinary. They generously pour a staggering amount of 2 to 3 mugs of water onto your bike, and voila, their five-star service is complete. It's truly a marvel of efficiency and attention to detail.

When i complained about this to Mr. AJAY who was in incharge. He said you can leave your bike and you'll get it day after tomorrow, because yesterday is holiday. We cannot do anything right now. When i said i will complaint about this the he said "Jo karna hai Karle" while sitting on his throne and smiled like Mogambo Khus Hua.

After argument over this and When I was leaving that place, Mr. Ajay and one other staff member said "Chala Ja Verna Andar Band Karke Tujhe Peetenge Sab".

Now after this second service I'm not going to avail their previous free service. Will prefer a local service shop.

And This is my Last HERO Bike, Never Ever Ever Ever Ever Going to purchase their bike and going suggest to any other person.

A Regretful Victim of Rithala Hero Metro Motor's Pathetic Service
Service Date of My bike: 26 June 2023.

On call asked to bring bike for inspection. Without any inspection they said too high expectations from bike. Same bike got 9/10 on other inspection platforms. Pathetic user experience.

I was again gone to metro motors service centre ritha rohini on friday for bike servicing.but metro motors servicing team staff ready to fight with customer everytime, and problem not resolved. And anytime wrong update to customer.

Every one don’t do service you vehicle there service is very slow. The bikes are standing in the morning and every member are not good. They are using bad languages so please don’t waste you worth time.

Very poor experience for the showroom staf hi has a not a knowledge for a bike and the the service staff is treat coustomer very bad 1He refused to do my second service because I was feeling mud and locks even from what I have taken from hero's showroom. This service center has to close as they haven't talented technician although there language is bad. They do one thing correct and other thing damage. They don't know how to maintain bike. Here I am writing this after several times visit for my bike servicing. They must close their service center as they have to learn. And they should work on their temperament. Thank you.

I purchased a splendor+ full black.
Sales person will not treat well with u. They will not tell about features about bike ETC. Agar Aap finance krwa rahe ho toh koi bhi apke pass nahi ayega guide krne bs financiar documentation krega or showroom wale khud delivery bhi nhi denge. Gate k bhar bike apko mil jaegi jaise parking main se le ja rhe ho.

All the process were very smooth, went to buy super splendor it took around 2 hours to get the delivery of bike.

I have purchased bikes two times.sales team is good but their services are pathetic. I submitted insurance premium cheque in advance (20days before expiry) but I got my new insurance policy date 1 week after its expired.

No response With customer And no response on call and Messages Very Bad and about call center no pickup tha call

Bad behaviour and abusing language from manager and staff.slow service. Not enough employees.time waste. Please dont go here visit other centre

Close to Rithala Metro Station. All two wheelers are available here. Finance option available. They also have service station besides showroom.

Great piece of work done by them. Also, i would like to suggest them to work patiently, no issue with time but work should be awesome.

They made a fault in rc registration documents and make a 2 wheeler registered as 4 wheeler.now who is going to make its pollution certificate?

Rubbish salesman they are not talking knowledge how to treat customer suggestion find other showroom to buy bike or scooty

Hero bikes are the most popular bikes in the market, very few bike model are designed by hero for racing. However they are good economically that's the reason they are the most selling bike in India.

Mostly every two wheeler from hero available except some expensive vehicles but such vehicle avilable on demnad. Finance facility also avilable.

Yesterday my bike 1st service done metro motors after my bike probably not working gears box dear friend don’t go to the metro motors there bike service is not good

These people charge 2% extra on card payment whereas digital payment does not charge at all
In this service center account department making customer is fooled in the name of bank charge

They provide excellent service and assistance to you for your bike regarding service and purchase new hero bike.

This place is not good to purchase and service also. Employees are not doing their work, they are gossip.
My experience is not good here.

Have bought two bikes from here, Their selling service is too good but their maintenance service is lousy. Last two services i had to wait more than an hour after the estimated service time. Otherwise all good ️

Very bad condition is there no one were calme to register my bike for servicing and after some time he came and said to me you will get your bike service by tommorow morning.

Not such professional place to get your bike service done. You ask to make 7 changes or service, they will do 6 only. Mechanic neglects the minor things, which is part of service. High waiting time, avoid Sunday. And take things written while ordering something.

My scooty hero maestro edge it is two year old only one concern starting trouble and it is not solve last two years we have all service and repair work done by Jagdamba automobiles but starting trouble problem not solved last 10feb 2019 5th service done by Jagdamba service centre libaspur after service one weak scooty runing will be ok but suddenly horn not blowing and next day scooty not start at morning very poor service it is not a service centre it is karkhana and infrastructre is very bad

Poor service. They are just looking for ways to get money irrespective of the type of service required. Always forcing to replace the parts of the vehicle. Not happy with the service. Guys, go for some other service station.

Again went for the service highlighting the same issues, but still unsatisfactory service.

They filled access engine oil due to which air filter got damaged (air filter was newly installed). Fault was completely from their end, but still they asked me to pay for air filter again within 10 days of initial service.

Staff is also not good. Making fun of customer problems without realising the trouble customer is facing.

They don't deserve even a single star rating.
