MI AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER LAXMI NAGAR SHAKARPUR EAST DELHI

They have failed to repair my Nokia device even after my 3 visits in 1 month. My device which is under warranty still faces the same issue.

Good place as a service center for Nokia, Xiaomi and others, the staff is also very kind. But one thing keep in mind before going there, they only repair Xiaomi products that are out of warranty period.and this is only Harman (JBL, infinity,) pickup point not a service centre.

No option to give less den 1 star else would hv preferred dat. Typical of cheater service centre.wil make u wait for hours n hours and den wil tel u estimate approx 3-4 times d cost of new phone.even in warranty as dey wil find sm or other thing to throw ur phone out of warranty.gave Nokia 6.1 plus for repair.only 8 months old.got estimate of 30000 rs.original phone got for 9000rs.imagine.den dey wil charge u for telling this stupid estimate and making wait for 2-3 hrs also.horrible experience.

Quite helpful staff. No confusion. You may find little difficulty in finding the stairs to go to the first floor where the service center is located.

It's is a multi-brand Service Center including Nokia, Xiaomi, Lenovo, JBL and WD. There service and assistance is very good.

I never go to tthis service center cuzz very bad staff as well as satff.
They are making fool to public nd not given any bill

I never visited here but in laxmi nagar 2 service.
This one is on mother dairy road Nr icici bank branch & 2nd one is infront of pillar no 30.

Went for WD service, they hardly take your time. I just handed over the hard disk and took the receipt and done. I checked the status on WD site, it was updated there in a day (I checked after a day)

Edit: I submitted my WD hard drive on 5th of October and waited till 18, it was showing received on WD site and nothing else. So I called them on 19th on their toll free no. And ask about my hard drive. The CC guy told that you'll receive an email about it till tomorrow evening.
I didn't got any email today, I GOT MY NEW DRIVE INSTEAD:)

It is Nokia and MI common service centre located near Laxmi Nagar metro station. They offer service for both the brand under one roof as well as pick up centre for WD. They are authorised service centre and provides good service that in very less time. The worker are very polite and good. And they don't waste your time unnecessary. If they have hardware they fix your phone as soon as possible. I got my charging slot changed in just 30mins. That was a quick service. So if you are near to this place and looking for service of your Nokia or MI phone and you don't have too much time then don't worry you can go there and you will get your phone serviced within an hour.

I have gone to this service center before 2 months. I was facing a problem of screen flickering. But when i approached this service center they said that our engineers are not there to solve this problem. And it will take 5 to 6 days to solve this issue. Although my phone was in warranty if they want they can replace my screen and it Just take couple of time. But they didn't. Very bad experience

Worst service experience ever.
Merging Nokia service centre with MI get worst out of box. Service experience not as expected by Nokia.
During warranty period they not willing to provide service just for small dent and charge extra for service, keep customer waiting.
They unwilling to listen customer requirements and not providing much help.

The customer executive was good but they will not assured about the repairing of your smartphone

Very Bad Service Rude Behaviour I Submit The Product At 31/07/2019 The Issue Is Charging Port Not Working They Took 15 Days For That And Still Not Repaired And Said If U Have Hurry Then Take Your Phone Back Without Repair.

Slow service and service guys are busy in their own talk even when customers are waiting at row

It was a very worst experience.the recipientst busy maximum time in talking on phone and no any fan work proparly there if any fan is there.so it only for office worker front put.also no any token system avialble and water also.

Worst service centre.they have only one solution for everything you have to submit your phone
