Too bad service. We have taken Bluetooth which is under warranty and the told this model is old so we can't replace or repair and again we buy the mobile and the phn at the time of charging when we thought it is fully charged we plug off the button then the phn is starting on when the switch off we not known so we go there they don't have time to talk and said you should give the phone for 4-5 hours if person come from far away then how it possible for the person to come for that much.

So as of my experience it's was not that much bad but the coordinator's behaviour was very nice and the service they provide is also good

In MI Service centre No one is good From manager to Workrs.if you will Visit in Service centre.they First time Will excuses of many Types, if you Give your Mobile for service so they will take 10 to 15 Days for Service and in This situation you visit again so they will not helps of any kind this is Company fault not Our because company did not providing parts of mobile on time so I can't help you And one More amazing things in First time no one will Ask your mobile is in Warranty or not After checking they will told you cost of service if you will pay so your work will Fast otherwise go to hell
you want to pay money for your warranty mobile so they can be service in short Time.

Agar kisi ko bhi battery change krani h to yhaa mat aoo kuki ye black m battery change krte h or bill bhi nhi dete paise bhi personal m lete h

Staff behaviour is very poor, don't have manners how to talk with customer.
Very poor service

Location is very complicated. Dont go through the own car there otherwise it may be big problem. There is rush due to less staffs and no token service. One Technician is very clever there he always trying to mis guide you. So be smartly to deal with them.

Cheaters I was go there I have camera focus issue they tell me 5800 change but I went Laxmi nagar mi service centre they check my phone and told me software related issue and repair my phone under 200 rs.
