Staff Behaviour is Good, but MI Team Please improve Services and Procedure. I have to replace my battery with this service center It will take around one week to fix the issue.
They are cheater. Absolutely corrupt. They charge abruptly high and introduce lot of problems which were not there in phone when to gave for repairing. Don't accept mistake and then chain of repair asked for to generate more money. Bunch of crooks.

Guys! Please beware of the situations they would take you to, they changes the mobile parts when its new in the name of services you are gonna realize it few days later, cause most of the people really faces it once after they visit.
The experience was best at the service centre. Reached the service centre at 3 PM and get back with my mobile at 4 pm. They have a fast and secure service.
Pathetic service experience. I was facing some software bugs and they demage my phone's backpanel and then try to convinces me that the panel was already broken.after that they takes10days of time to replace it. In 10days of time nobody respond any of my calls. Try to avoid
Because of covid you have to take appointment online and only then you can go there service is good i've got my accessories replaced in 1 and a half day
Worse mi service centre. If you have any complain regarding accessories then they will directly return you by telling parts not available. Don't buy any mi cheap product. Service is worse.
Mi service too pathetic never ever buy mi product in just month battery issue start and they giving 5 days appointment then they take 2 days your phone for just software update what a service
What's the point of repairing if the problem remains the same, they made me visit four times, such a guise they show if not knowing the problem of device, four times they called me for nothing, so disappointed.
In star I will give -zero for the service.unproffesional staff worst service just wasting others time.have to visit service center 100 times for resolving the same issue.and other day again face the same issue.boycott mi.waste product and services.hate it
Mi has improved it's service centres a lot in recent years. Though I think the procedure to even replace accessories is quite long. It could be shortened down to improve the overall experience.
Pls make yourself available for at least 3 hours as their Token system is not working many times due to technical challenges like wifi issue. They take at least 2 hours to confirm you what problem you have in your mobile which can be fixed in 10 min in any mobile repairing shop. It is pathetic In terms of cost if your mobile is out of warranty as they suggest to replace the part Instead of repairing. Location wise, it is easy to find.
Mostly if you have under warranty product then they recommend to visit other service center and the same dialogue to others side. Mostly headphone and charging issues but they not change under warranty items. It you ready to pay they give you the same product.
Worst experience. I had my display replaced at such an high cost and after few days, the screen became white and there was white lines appeared on the screen in warranty period and the staff refused to replace it.
They are very prompt and reliable. I had taken my brand new mi Note 5 pro, 6GB black from mi store on 1st day of it's launch, but from day one it has linings in display. I visited the very next day evening to this service center and they had matching display for my model. They took just 45 minutes to hand over this phone to me.
When I suspected that parts may be replaced, what is the surity of safety to my phone, as I was brand new, one day old. They informed that they have proper protocol for this, phone will be opened under camera recording and complete work, till final packing will take place under camera itself. If any dispute arises, they will be able to produce proof to customer as well as the company officials. I was satisfied and handover my phone to them.
