MI Service Center Delhi (BMCP)

Very irresponsible behaviour specially for those who's cell phones are under warranty periods. Too many excuses they give n also nobody is pickings calls as well. Phones are everything for us now n they didn't repair it till now it's 10th day today. N i didn't get any proper response from their side.
Overall pathetic service.

This is the worst place for services of mi xiaomi phone i visit on dated 14.09.20 my appointment time was 1400 hrs and only 4 -5 people on line they took, 3 hrs to check my K20 pro phone under warrenty and said it's opened outside and having removed stickers and said need to pay charges for repairing, I said I never gave this phone to anyone and why I give to while same is under warrenty.
It is toatal mental harassment and waste of time.
Worst service of this Xiaomi center.
Pls take care while visiting this service center.

Be ware with this service center and avoid buying me phone, no service and warranty, warranty only to sale products not after that. Whenever you will go for asking warranty they will make excuses. And ask for money. Water in phone no warranty pay then we will repair.

They are not even qualified to be a service provider, just a bunch of uneducated people who don't even know about anything. Worst service and even charge you for checking device

The Guys are just doing their duty as desired by their parent company, Beware of the Fact that prices are exclusive of GST so the part replacement gets costly if you are getting it replaced after gurantee period.if your phones screen is broken i will recommend you to visit these customer cares as Displays outside are of cheap quality and wont stay long.

They do not even know how to open a phone without breaking the back folder. I went here to get my phone checked. My phone was dead. He said it's your risk if it breaks while opening to check the issue and it will be charged around 2.5k for the same. In short.they already created an expense without even opening the phone. Pathetic service.
All phone parts are expensive than their own website.

I dont like by the service they provided because i wanted to replace my mi earphone, when i told them to change they said that its out of stock you have to wait for some days, but when i called that service center using the no.provided on mi.com on the same day after half an hour they said that the earphones are available. This thing made me very angry because i have to go twice to the service center for my earphone being changed.

Don't know about phones, my experience was worst, they said my phone was to be dead and they want to charged 9000 for 9500 price phone with no guarantee but when i checked by neighbour technician it works at only cost 1500

People in this service center not want to work they just put a extremely high amount to repair so people don't give them to repair Xiaomi should replace people here they are just lazy People.

Girls Employee are very rude behaviour. They are only for showing her mackuped face ️. They are not solve my problem. They are always talking among themselves.

Its been an hour But no one ask us for a single Cup of tea Nor Water. Posting on walls Customers Are Gods to us is Good But no one Offer God a Cup of tea Thats Not Fair. Make some Changes.

Redmi service centre Uttam Nagar not good. No work without prior online appointment for any service there. No parking facility there. I also faced challan for parking vehicle there.bad experience.

Worst experience.there is noone in service center but one of the employee said that you have to take online appointment through the website nd on website all the dates has been booked.the service center was empty then who is booking all the dates.the MI company making fools of their customers in this critical situations

Good experience ever Customer care talks well The work that you go through is very quick. The problem with which you go to the service center can be expected by the customer more than if the service is done quickly that's great customer service provider

Customer care sweet talk end good service providing irst of all service centers do not take much time which is much longer in other service centers. Good working ever

When I saw this service center that time I think that this service center can't give me Good service.
But when I went to the service center nd talk with the help exucative they are too friendly nd helping people.
Nd also service center is looking very awesome from inside. I love the service they give. Thanks

It was first time for me and felt very happy to be there as there was a token system for your turn and that's it. And the service was also very quick. So overall I had a great experience

There is a very stupid & unprofessional staffs are here. These people do not have any manner to talk and always ready to fight. If you go with a small problem then believe me it will ruin you mobile completely.
