MI Service Center Delhi (BMCP)

I was going there for my phone software update they are told me I have not this type of service
If you have simple facility not available then what you will do.

Went for replacment but the Staff was behaving like they are the boss of Xiaomi, no sense of how to talk with customers and how to resolve their issues. Going to file a complain against them.

I visited this MI service store for getting my phone screen repaired. I like the customer service support, it was quick and very responsive. They repaired the screen with a new screen replacement in an hour or so and it was a very smooth process. Thanks for the support.

Stupid people.they said the chargers were absolutely working but I knew the chargers were not working went to another service centre and got replacement. They are Fooling people that's it

It was an awesome experience. I went there for charging port replacement. They took around 40min to do that.

Not a place I would recommend.

1. Waiting time is less.
2. AC room.
Cons
1. The staff at the counter should have more knowledge about phones. Giving so many unnecessary suggestion before listening to the problem.
2. Phone warranty is of no use here.they will make excuse to at least get some money out of you.
3. The repair price is unexceptable.

My issues we're resolved in one shot this comment is only for branch situated at Camp but the branch situated at kamla nagar is worst, they miss guided me

So Bad service here they are denied for replacing a faulty cable.they are voilating company terms & codition just bcz for their profit. Not provide proper GST no.should be mention on bill when we repair any device or accesories.

Mi Service is good and sell managed. But some employees' attitude is not good. Overall Service is good if the product is under warranty.

I went to the store to get my phone checked in the case of liquid damage. The store charged me rs 160 to check the phone and told me the reparation cost will be rs. 7000. And they did not even dried up the water which went inside phone. In other store they charged negligible amount and repaired the phone. For this, they made me wait 2 hours.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. Their queue system is just for show, at least 3 people who came in after me went before me
. On top of that they made me wait for 1.5hrs after which they had not even checked my device. And after 1.5 hrs more they just reset it and gave it back to me. The staff, especially the lady with spectacles is incredibly rude to customers. I will also be filing a complaint with mi.

Services and staff behaviour is good. One thing is not digestive that the price variations within their staff members are there. So a kind of loss of trust arrises.

This service center provides all the solutions very promptly. One can go and avail service and save time. Token system is very convenient and the most important is there is no waiting time. They repair in front of the customer and gives correct solutions to your handset or any gadgets of mi redemi.

Good service, good staff members, waiting time is very lesss, neat and clean, good location, near to matro and bus stop

I visited there for buying charger of mi phone. It is located on the gate no 3 of Mukherjee Nagar metro station. But i went there for buying charger and charger cable which they where offering price was 200 more than the price available on online on the mi store itself.

फोन को कस्टमर के सामने नहीं खोलते हैं और खोलते समय कुछ भी टूट - फूट होती है तो उसे भी कस्टमर्स को खुद भुगतना पड़ता है इनका सीधा-सा एक ही जवाब होता है, कि हमने खोला तभी अंदर से टूटा हुआ था । ऐसा इन्होंने आज ही (तारीख 27-12-2018 को) मेरे साथ किया । मेरे फोन मे ईअर फोन हटाने के बाद भी ईअर फोन का चिन्ह स्क्रीन पर दिखा रहा था तो मेरे फोन की 26-01-2019 तक की वारंटी होने के कारण इनके पास लेकर गया इनसे वह खोलते समय अंदर से टूट गया और मुझे बोल दिया पहले से ही टूटा हुआ था और बोले 5900 रुपये लगेंगे (वारंटी होते हुए भी) मुझे खराब फोन थमा दिया। (0/5*)

Very good service center. No question asked if your's phone in warranty period. I bought redmi 5,2 month ago From Amazon. But 2 days ago it's headphone jack is not working (headphone sign notification wasn't removing from phone's notification head). I went this center, I told all problems. They sasi me you've to wait for 1 hour. I waited and I got my mobile in good condition. They replaced motherboard with new one without any charges. If my wasn't in warranty so they were definitely charged me around 4000-5000. Very good representative.
If you're live in nearly GTB Nagar, azadpur, Sant Nagar burari, or in North campus so you could go for this. However there are others service centers in North Delhi like Kamla Nagar, shalimar bagh, Vijay Nagar, etc.

I think, I am not worthy of answering this question because I need not to visit service center for my Mi3 until now. (Touchwood)

But I once visited a Authorised service center (HCL one, Xiaomi has authorised HCL center as Mi Service center) & believe they are just making money out of people/consumers. My friends Redmi 1s was in warranty but got some major motherboard issues so he went there to replace it under warranty tag. Service center guy opened the phone & later said it is a water damage. Dafaq, a 2 months old phone, have never got in contact with water is shown water damaged. He then showed us the litmus paper dot, which should be white but is faded red because of water as a proof of water damage. And later he asked 5000 for the repair of the phone, 5000 for a phone costs 6000 that too in warranty, are you serious? O.o We took that phone from there & then my friend visit a service center in an other city. They accepted the phone without any issue & repaired it in a week.

All ended well.

Totally misguiding and unprofessional staff. These people are not at all helpful and manipulate you and your problem with their excuses and issues. And yes forget about your work, because you are going to waste your whole day for waiting and reviewing your phone issues in that service centre.

They lie about when the stock will be available and don't pick the calls too. They should really improve their attitude towards handling customers. Very disappointed.:/

Camera glass was broken
. They told me we will repair it in 10 mins.then after 30 mins.they told me.
"Sorry sir hmare pas ye abhi available nhi h"

1. Service was average as they suggested me to buy a new phone. Did not sort my earphone jack problem.
2. Staff is friendly and humble.
3. It's a small service center, approximately 20 seats available. Sometimes AC doesn't work.
4. Usually a huge crowd every time you visit.
5. Parking facility is good.

Is only 7 day old and the data cable stop working completely.
Data cable is in 6 month warranty
But they refuse to change it

And also one of my friends
Wants to change charging jack of his phone
It was totally damaged but they said that
It work properly. But every other shopkeeper said that it is totally damage. We change it from shop because service care staff are totally inexperienced they even don't know charging jack is damage or not.

Horrible service and highly unprofessional. Service center is really chaotic and token itself is manually distributed. My phone got drenched in water so I went there for the purpose of servicing. In an hour they claimed that phone couldn't be made as its motherboard was dead. They just asked for the cash for which no proper bill was provided. I then took my phone to a local service shop for second opinion where the phone was opened in front of me. To my surprise, connecting cable, protective tapes were cut open and equipment seemed tampered and forcefully fitted and out of place. My faith on MI service centre is shattered and I would think twice before putting my blind faith in such places.
