Great service.
Had issues with Smart Speaker it was under warranty got it replaced
All from diagnosis to final delivery of replaced product all within 15mins
Though parking will be an issue here.

Worst service. The staff is very rude they don't have manners to talk to customers specially the lady on the reception counter

The way of talking was like Illiterate.he's name is gaurav on the other hand they don't do anything with the product after Despite saying and the product throw on the table front of me.that was so ridiculous. Worst experience here.

No parking space.
It was OS issues, suggested for motherboard change. After OS, mobile working prefectly

Service is very poor. Staff is not well qualified. Very poor Service, There is no Wash Room even for Staff Show Room not good, Technical Staff not traind. Please make a note.

Staff was not well traind. There was no Tiolet and all Staff even ladies are are using Public Tiolet, very shameful for the Company

Very poor service,
Behaviour very bad with the customer
The staff is very rude. They have 4 working windows but only one window is in operation. You have to wait for hours unnecessarily.

Service centre infrastructure is avg but there is no customer due to lack of spare parts, but the staff behivour is good

Front staff was good but the technical staff start made excuses to avoid the warranty repair and finally denied to serve warranty

Redmi (MI) phones JUST gives us only low quality they are not giving us good quality hence service center also gives bad services they are so expensive
