I got a haircut here… and it was my best experience, they did my hairwash and then haircut, they treated me so well. Highly recommend

Asked for long nails.but she gave me shorter, I don't think they r the one to decide what suits me.she said u won't b able to handle it.secondly, I gone for underarms, the girl made me sit not lay and it hurt so much and she did such a bad job with 3/4 hair still visible. Not expected but happened. NEVER coming here again.

The hair salon was nice, I had an hair cut their and it was amazingly done.

Interested only in providing services to the ultra rich elite residents of west Delhi who uses a lot of services/or are regular high paying customers.
Even after scheduling an appointment, the staff seems unwilling to engage in assisting clients who choose basic services like headwash/threading etc.

The staff here has never disappointed me, despite me being an irregular customer in years.

Edit: I have faced issues in the last one year with appointment booking where i book a slot for a time and even after confirmation my slot is either double booked or moved ahead.

If a person visits, lets say, a salon to have a treatment for his/her skin or anything. It is obvious that he/she facing problem that is why one is spending money on it. But if the salon owner and employee comments on the skin in a mocking way and employees in the corner giggles about it. That is quite embarrassing for the customer. It can make someone feel not only uncomfortable but also awkward to share his/her problem.

I am sorry to say Neha being a professional and in industry, how can you comment on somebody's problem. If you don't want to give service, then just say 'No'. That is all expected. But dont insult somebody if he/she comes to you for your service. Please be kind and polite. Money is a thing but dont lack generosity. I regret being your customer.
