Unprofessional management. It is surprising that this company does not even have a proper HR policy. No appointment letter is given to any of the employee in the contrary they will make you sign fraudulently on the blank contract papers so that they can take the legal actions on you if you raise any voice against them. Never give the salary on time in addition to this they will deduct some amount from your salary mentioning that it is a part of their company policy and unfortunately you can not raise a voice legally as you dont even have an appointment letter and they have the blank contract papers signed by you unknowingly with that they can sue you in law anytime.
And the most important things this company mostly hires security guards. And those guards being from the poor family and having the burden on the head do not even try to raise their voice against them otherwise they know the consequences. #F##KING FRAUD COMPANY
