Might be the great company but somehow our experience was worst or I should say worst then worst. We placed one Order for 7.5 Ton AHU with 3000 CFM on 2nd July 2019 at 05: 08 PM with 50,000 Advanced Payment through Bank Transfer and we were assured that the AHU will be delivered to us on 3rd July before 11: 00 AM at the delivery location. We kept on waiting till 06: 23 PM but nothing was delivered. I finally called the Sales Person (Mr. Rajeev from Mistcold Sales & Services) and was in a shock to hear that our Machine was on Hold because of Pending payment of 11440 which I was informed they'll collect on Delivery. I made the payment immediately and now waiting to get the AHU delivered.

I might be the only one but the Tone of Sales Person (Mr. Rajeev) after getting the payment was never acceptable. Don't know about future but as of now; not recommending this vendor to anyone.

Very good company headed by real qualified & professional people….
Among very few companies those have the competence to understand & handle large projects.
