Mister Chai

Hello - staff is very nice and Cappuccino really good. Before my trip I did not realise that this place is very open in the hotel lobby - so not a cosy secret place. Lobby music and you are 20 fest away from the hotel check in counter. Its not a place to travel to. I stay in the hotel and I am very happy about the quality and Service.

Good chai and food! Overall it was a very poor experience, when you’re paying a premium price in a 5 Star hotel you expect a 5 Star service but this was not the case in Mister Chai today. They’ve written in the menu “cutting chai” “one pot for two guests at Rs 999” and “one pot for one guest at Rs 599”. I’ve ordered one pot for two and one pot for one guest accordingly. Restaurant staff was trying to cheat by serving 3 cups from the same one pot for 2 guests and said these are your 3 cups until I asked them about where the 2nd pot was for 1 guest, only then they brought the 2nd pot. I could’ve asked to divide one pot chai for 2 guests into 3 knowing the fact that usually in a pot you’re getting more than just 1 or 2 cups chai but I respected the menu card and ordered accordingly. I expect the same from the restaurant to provide the service in the same way. Nobody expects such a low and cheap behaviour from a 5 Star restaurant. I don’t even understand why even try to cheat customers for 1 pot when we are paying such a high price for chai?

Great coffee. Nice chicken samosas. But sloppy service. The lady servers must improve on their communication skills

Radisson was near airport. We had stopped on way to Shimla. Food was nice though ac was not working to full capacity as there were few people. Decor was average.
We had ordered chicken dish which was good and staff service was prompt

Great place to sit, and the masala chai is also nice. The staff is well trained and do not bother you when u r there.

Excellent Place to sit and chat with your lost friend. Ambience is superb, cookies were a bit soggy but Wonderful Aromatic Coffee

This place has one of the best coffee in any of the 5-stars, with a very humble and friendly staff and a good decor.

Very rude manager and staff and always serve stale food and the senior PR is really annoying and disgusting

Bad overall experience I had last November. I know this is a late review but this needs to be done. So they actually would serve you stale food with their overrated chai and when you complain the staff would just go back and bring you the same thing again shamelessly. Don't go with the so called good reviews as they provide freebies and offers for putting up good reviews to people. In all I had a very bad experience and I highly recommend people to avoid this overpriced good for nothing place.

Across the checkin counters. Very popular place for short meetings. At times very crowded as people who come to Government Meetings flock this place.

Over priced, over rated, tea was not warm enough and samosa had a bland taste. Very very disappointed. I feel like, I was looted

Not up to the mark! Over rated. They have sweet potato based dishes but not potato based. And they cannot customise.

Had an amazing experience at mister chai.they have very good presentation of coffee and teas. And also staff are very polite and attentive.

Good place to sit and relax at with your closed ones. Good to have chit chats while enjoying the sips of tea or coffee. Always try something new.

The "chai" and coffee shop at the Shangri la Ashok Road.is ideal for any time tea and coffee along with delicious snacks.fantastic ambience and service.u can just sit and enjoy your time.

This is one of the most amazing experience I had in Delhi. The ambience was just wonderful. The vibe was so good. Best place for the people who wants to explore their taste of tea with a class.

Beautiful ambience and delicious food and tea. I really loved the place. In the heart of delhi it's one of the best and cozy place to spend time with your loved ones. I really enjoy when I go there. Views are very good. One must try and spend sometime there quite often. Highly recommended upscale place.

Its a good place for mid night outings and cravings. One tea pot is enough for 4 people but they'll allow only 2 to share. What I don't understand is why sharing of a French Press coffee is not allowed. When I have paid for it, and there is no second serving kind of thing, then why I cannot share the same.

I had a glass of fresh watermelon juice and it was great! The ambience is nice within the premises of Shangri-La Hotel, New Delhi. It isn't too noisy and there's good daylight peeping in. I'm not too sure about the prices as someone else paid the bill. All in all it was a nice loungy feeling to sit back, chill and chat!
