I am admitted in the hospital for pregnancy. Very good hospital and the staff members treated me like family. The doctors tooks good care of me. Good ambience, food and positive environment. I recommend people to go to MKW hospital for good treatment and better facilities. Special thanks to Tanudeep mam how was taking care my case positively and I am blessed with baby girl. Staff is very humble and supportive.

I had admitted here in 15 nov 2021 due to water leakage in 4.5 month & had abort the baby & gone through such drastic trauma of baby loss. That time I was totally misguided through multiple doctors. Lastly doctor seems operated me & did DNC (terminated) my baby. After that had only consulted Seema only for my next treatment she guided my so well after the gap of 8 months I conceived & delivered a baby in 5/4/2023. I must say while journey of my pregnancy with mkw was amazing with having a good staff. All night shifts staff, cleaned washroom, in term of hygienic, room attendants everything were so perfect. Dr Archana operated my this time she did a amazing job. Thank you MKW team to give very nice experience here. Keep it up

We went Mkw for an emergency treatment but the lady there at night was so rude and said we don't have any equipments here we refer you to go somewhere else.this kind of emergency treatment they give to the patient.bad service

She and her team is a perfect blend of good human being and a doctor. Most humble and polite and of course most capable which always keeps her patients at ease. She is gem she is like a goddess. Very interestingly I met MR Rakesh Goel who is one the worst doctor which MKW has i request don't ever try to visit this doctor else it will make your new born more sick and always look for a money, never visit on time because he is busy in Goisp at reception and staff was also not gud in NICU which lead by worst doc Rakesh Goel i complaint abt him with Mr Ashish Bawa but nothing has happened
My suggestion never visit MKW apart Gyna doc which is Seema n archana team they are best in this hospital

Dr. Swati Mehrotra is a best gyne i ever experienced. Before meeting with Dr. Swati Mehrotra i have consulted with few other gynecologist who are just professional with their patients. 11 years of my marriage life two miscarriage will happen due to some issues. However when I meet to Dr. Swati Mehrotra last year in the month of September 2021.she listened me very patiently and understand my case and put me on medicine. Dr. Swati Mehrotra is out of the world I would say, she not only listen everyone very patiently n calmly and give personal touch to all. Because of Dr. Swati Mehrotra i conceive naturally in month of January 2022 and also completed my pregnancy period. She handled my delivery are just superb in spite of so many complications. She managed so well and give her o/s support all the time. We finally blessed with a healthy baby boy on 31.aug. 2022. In this entire period. I feel blessed with the support, guidance care and the empathy of Dr. Swati Mehrotra she is an angel for me. In the beginning of my pregnancy there were time when I feel very nervous and low and I will give Dr. Swati Mehrotra all the credit for giving me the strength positivity an utmost care, she treat all her patients like family members and gives all great advice with big smile. I would really recommend everyone to refer to her. Finally a big thanks to Dr. Swati Mehrotra to support and guide me. Hospital staff was very cooperative and helpful. Didn't face any issues with regards to anything. Doctors and nurses every body used to be there in second.

We visited doctor Archana last week. We have been seeing her for the last 8 months. This is just the starting of 9th month and she immediately trying to create emergency talked to us in high pitch and very rude conduct. She even tried to scare us so we get scare and go for premature delivery. Because of her our whole family get stressed. She is Doctor and there is conduct expected from her. She must learn to calm patient not to stress them. When I asked her what is the issue she refred 1month usg, and I am not a doctor and I had to tell her to write usg so that exect issue can be found out. I request MKW hospital to send rude doctor for behaviour trainings. This hospital always try to push for csection. When every doctor go for csection then how will future doctors learn to deliver baby normal. Because of her bad conduct we have changed hospital at the last moment

Worst hospital, no value for patients, worst reception staff in the night shift. Money minded staff, they write prescriptions that no one can understand even Doctors can’t understand his on writing.

Was admitted for a day, the staff was very cooperative, sweet n helpful. Didn't face any issue with regard to anything. Doctor, nurses, everybody used to be there in seconds, the moment help was asked for. They maintain the cleanliness, hygiene in a very effective manner.

Poor experience, 2: 30 minutes baithane ke bad patient se kaha jata hai ki doctor available nahin hai aaj.isase achcha to government hospital mein line lagane ke bad confirm to hota hai ki aapko ab doctor dekhenge. Saaf Safai to theek hai but machhar bahut hai.

Donot ever go for a dentist here. The doctor is useless. She will take 400 rs and do nothing, she will send you elsewhere for xray n every treatment, so what's the use of going there in the first place.

Dr seema shegal is a Worst doctor just telling lie to his patients. She is just making money. My wife is having a difficult pregnency and finally she killed my baby in 5th month. She is just a business woman not a doctor. So please don't go to her she just killed your baby like mine and she also diffenseat hear patients by class and according to her I am not of her class and if anybody wants any proof than I have her call recoding in this she is telling to another doctor that we are not of her class

I visited MKW hospital because of Seema Sehgal. I'm trying to conceive from last 1.5 yr and have been meeting so many doctors but no success at all. So when I heard about seema sehga and read so many good reviews I thought to visit her for my pregnancy but when I paid visit I was very disappointed. First they have this timing system to charge fee. I came after 12pm so they charged me 750rs. In doctor's room there was seema sehgal and another doc megha.when I entered the room both were chit chatting so I sat and waited for 5 min for their chit chat to stop. They looked at my test reports done by previous doctors and said every thing looks good and advised me for IUI. They even did ultrasound for no reason as I already have ultrasound from last month still they went ahead and did ultrasound. She gave me all the gyan like to do exercise, not to stress which I already know and wrote me no medicines for pregnancy except primosa500mg. It looks like they were in hurry as they keep on asking how many patients are outside? I mean I visited seema sehgal for some good advise and service but what I got is disappointment. It feels like I wasted my money and time. I thought she might look what other doctors might have missed because she is very experienced but nothing useful. It looks like they were just sitting their to pass the time and just to make money.

Absolutely rubbish service is just a means to cheat money, keeps calling daily and getting unnecessary tests done, which test is not needed Do not get any treatment in this hospital, both your time and money is going to be wasted.

Non sense staff sitting on reception, clearly refuse to provide any information regarding hospital

The staff doesn't know how to behave. Specially south Indian nurses. I went there because it was closer to my house, So called Charitable Hospital. Pure business, they are just looting. They are looting the name of the charitable. Hospital charges is too high. Normal delivery charge is 65k+ medicine charges is extra upto 7-8k.it is fully private not charitable. Money making hospital. OPD is ok. But Don't ho for delivery

I opted for pinoneddle surgery from this Hospital which was successfully done by the expert team surgeons, it was quite budget and best option for me as compared to the other hospitals which were charging a lot money for that small half an hour surgery. Thanks so much Dr Rupinder.

Pathetic hospital. I needed dressing on urgent basis, I went to the hospital, there I told the guy at reception that I needed dressing on an urgent basis, he made me wait, then when I came to front, he said he asked me to wait in another line, then one understanding lady there told me to get the dressing done first, then I went to the casualty and the nurse asked me to first take the receipt, if I want to see the doctor, so I went back for the receipt, then the nurse said let's get your dressing done, so I asked her but where is the doctor, then she started misbehaving with me, the doctor asked them to quite down, and she still showed me attitude, as if I shouldn't have asked that. She didn't even wore gloves for the dressing. The staff doesn't even know how to behave. I went there because it was closer to my house, I should have gone to a private clinic, at least the staff there is well groomed and maintain proper hygiene.

Frozen shoulder and a muscle bruise. Dr Narang in Orthopedics and Dr Vijay in physiotherapy are treating me. I’m home with the treatment.and hoping to get fixed completely. I’m giving them 5 stars

Very bad management and it is fully private not charitable.forget about any private facility they are poor the govt. Hospital.

So called Charitable Hospital. Pure business, they are just looting. Funny things is charges other than room rent are also based on type of room. If you choose semi pvt room, OT and procedure charges would be lower when compare to if you choose super deluxe room.

For my 1st baby five years ago I paid 45k for vacuum delivery and we took super deluxe room. We also had to stay one day extra due to complications.
This time we took pvt room and delivery was also normal but bill is 67k. More than double if I adjust the room rent and extra stay.

Services are same as you would find in a charitable hospital.

This is the best hospital with best doctor.they have time to listen and care.nurses and other staff waa also polite.

Money making hospital. If you have insurance, they will only do c section. They will ask you to deposit 90 percent amount in advance. 90 percent cases are done through c section. Shame on doctors here in India, who have sold them for salary dr. ARCHANA PANDA.

4 stiches bill 20000. I have bill n reports to prove. Make a choice accordingly. They will EAT u like a disease.

I visited 3 times and today was my last visit at this hospital, they do not treat patient properly. They do not give you time and will not answer of your questions accurately. I will not recommand this to anyone for their 1st time pregnancy.

More expensive than other famous private hospitals, Services are below average, staff is very inexperienced & rude with patients, facilities provided by the hospital are very outdated.

This hospital is looting your hard earned money for a simple cesaraion delivery they will cost you around 1 lac Rs. Further if you choose Deluxe room your bill will shoot up around 125000. You feel cheated and looted when you use hospital facilities the hospital staff is very rude and non helping. You need to follow up for each and every thing during hospital stay.
Nursing staff will not listen your Bell in night and when you personally went to them you found them sleeping. The worst thing in this hospital is that there medicine shop is closed from 10 pm to 8am. Suppose there is any urgency and medicine requirements during night hours you have to rush any other hospital in night for medicine requirements even they for basic things like baby diaper you have to go outside as diapers are not available in hospital dispensery.
There is no option to attach any PDF file otherwise I will attach copy of bill they charged to me and without any rational they charged you like for a 30 minutes cesarion delivery operation they charge you around 70000 Rs. The bifurcation of bill is given by them is like surgeon fee 28000 assistant surgeon fee 15000 anesthicia fee 15000 operation theatre chgs 8000 ot gases 2000 etc. There is necessary to mention that all other chgs are extra like room chgs doctor visit chgs and medicine chgs etc. I suggest you all to choose hospitals like apoolo, max, BLK, fortis etc if you are ready to spend around 90000 to Rs 100000 atleast you will get best of facilities, treatment and care.
One thing also I want to mention you about this hospital is that on the name of charity and by charging you only Rs 80 for doctor consultancy during morning hours. They are just grabbing patients and when a pragnent women visit 9 months of pregnancy in this hospital she feels and prefer this hospital on others. This is the tactis used by this hospital to grab patients please please take this thing in mind if you are visiting this hospital for pre pregnancy treatment. Once again I suggest you rather request you all to not waste your hard earned money in this hospital.

I had really worst experience with dr. Archna pathak (a gynaecologist) is very greedy lady.she diagnosed to my mom and she sent wrong reports and she scattered us that my mom have a disease of cancer and you need to remover uterus as soon as possible because cancer bacteria extened ×20 time faster.cancer is big disease in their own named.she is a good doctor but because she wants to earn a lot of money a doctor can do any thing.my mom had a strong trust on her but now we don't recommend to any one and tell them our bad experience also.
