It’s a fake company in terms of customer experience. They charged me for upgrading their card more than 1 year back but till now I didn’t get my card and also there is no mail or call from their side regarding the status. To the best of my knowledge due to their internal legal issues they are getting band for issuing new cards. But as an good company their duty is to refund the payment of card if they are unable to provide but since last one year, there is no communication at their end. They are doing cheat to the customers to stolen their money. Requesting everyone please stay away from such kind of companies. They always show you that they registered as per RBI and NPCI but in my opinion if you are holding customer money without their consent for such a long period of time then it’s completely comes under cheating or fraud with the customer. I have never find any other company except Mobile pe in my life who are doing that much fraud by using the customers money in this unauthorised manner. I request everyone if you do not want to waste your hard earned money then stay away from this fake company and go with other trusted banks who are providing same prepaid debit cards and other services with great facilities as well.
