this company hires freshers easily and takes works from you 3-4 months on the basis of training without salary people do because they thinks that they will get salary after 3 months, actual reality is something else;

1- They have strategy hire and fire, if they hires 100 people so they do only 10 people onboard (Max), rest they fire.

2- They having office timing 9: 30 to 7: 30, but trust me their is no leave time in evening

3- This company not good for girls bcz of late timing in evening and Area is not good where this company is located mobile snitching is normal there, and girls are not safe.

4- They don't provides cabs

5- They says that they will do you on board in 3 months but they never do it takes at least 4-5 months

6- They having very bad management

7- Suppose if you want to take lunch in noon so you have to inform to HR in morning @ 10: 30 AM, so sad.

8- Partiality is major part of this company people which reach their from any reference so there is chance to be on board.

9- They can assign you more than 1 project it doesn't matter how you will do that, but they just want output from you.

10- They shows that they have 5 days working company but they takes 6 day work from you (and sometimes Sunday too).

11- You have to signed two year bond if you joins this company

12- CEO has vey bad behavior, he abused sometimes, he never care their employee

13- Employee Satisfaction and client Satisfaction is almost zero here

1.2 who are working are suffering with work life balance, no increment in last 2 yrs, they are on higher package but no more appraisal and all.

2.those who resigned didn't get reliving letter and experience letter (This means company played with their life)

3. They didn't gave salary for 2 months (during notice period) and after serving notice period no one even responding to their call or emails.

Amazing Experience of being there. I really liked the work Culture and most Importantly Seniors Support and they motivate to learn new things and keep you always positive and enthuse

They don't have any ethics in working, and are totally incapable of making any software. Even if after giving the money they ask for, they still say budget is low, and is unable to even debug the test servers. Since 2 years, no substantial development is there in terms of my project, and then mr nitin sahni, and rashid Alam, both mislead in terms of status. Even after showing telling them about the issue, they use the money paid and resouces for other projects. Most of the reviews are fake from their own employees.

Mobiloitte produces the talents. Lots of learn from company and as well as CEO Mr. JH. CEO is enthusiastic about emerging markets and technology as well. Middle layer of company is good enough (TL, CTO), no sense of way to divide and assign developers on projects.

"we are one of the leading mobile app development company " just don't believe this tagline. This is just a fake line used by Mobiloitte technologies.
I worked there for 9 months as a Business Analyst and frankly speaking that company is just a fraud they don't fulfil what they committed. This made me forceful to write this review.
And one more thing I still wonder how my ex clients are still sticked to that company. I can just pray for their project. Just don't waste your future by joining this company
