Bought croissants twice, both the times they were so pathetic, had to throw them out. Absolutely stale.

Modern Bazaar Oldest and perhaps best departmental stores in Delhi, True Organic international products you name it they have it, price too is in reach, Health conscious people should visit

A large variety of Indian and imported groceries, including bakery products, chocolates, organically grown pulses, greens, fish, and more.

For online order, they never deliver in chosen time-slot. If time slot is 10AM-1PM they will probably delivery by 7PM and their staff is rude and not helpful at all. Half of products ordered will not be delivered as well. Bad service and experience

Pathetic would be an understatement. Ordered online, it’s been 2 days since I’m waiting for the order, no update, after calling for more than 20 times, they inform they might deliver but still unsure. Highly unprofessional. Better to work offline only.

Ensure that you go to the basement to get the better deals. All the fancy and expensive stuff has been displayed such that you will pick that first.

Selection is ok kinds not like their other stores in delhi which are very good in terms of assortment and overall ambience. Also deep cleaning and organisation of items needs to be done on priority.

The place is pretty congested too, there’s a very narrow lane to walk and boxes & stuffs on the floor and on stairs so it was bit annoying, so walk carefully.

5star for excellent bakery products. One of the best, i say. They also have excellent spread of groceries both domestic and international varities

Such a awesome store to visit where not only can you buy general items but also imported at well as exotic products which are not easily available at normal stores like vanilla extracts, cake and pizza moulds, essence, multiple mozzarella brands and various hot sauces.

After 9pm, the security guy here is drunk and is extremely rude with people. He especially asks people to park inside and later asks for money without any receipt. He was super drunk and extremely rude with us, he would gotten a nice beating if he were not so old.
Management must be absolutely careless to let such drunk old senile man be a security guard.

Bad service. Bad staff. Give them cash payment expect them to return you half the amount they owe you.
When is written clearly that first bill customer gets 10% off expect the staff to say no to you directly.
Will Never visit again

Has all essentials and then some more. Has a dedicated meat section too. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Almost every househol eatable item from grocery to vegetables to fruits are available, but on very less discounts.
