Appalling Customer service! Response ISN'T there. I ordered 1 handbag n 2 laptop bags n paid cash on delivery whilst the handbag was fine, the laptop bags had some stains on it hence wanted REFUND on those. Their email & website provided an email address & what's app number to message. I have tried calling, emailing, what's apping several times NO response. I even tried their Facebook Messenger n instagram account to reach out.its been 2 weeks n they havnt contacted me at all.
Not happy & won't recommend them. Still awaiting to be contacted.
