This is primarily an office area along with car showrooms and service workshops. The roads are bad and have not been repaired for quite a while. The Haldiram outlet is the gem of the place as most office goers order-in food from here.
A lot of multi-national companies have their offices here. This is not a tourist attraction. The Sarita Vihar metro station is a good connectivity point for Mohan estate.
