If you really love your Eyes never and ever get treatment done from Mohan Eye Institute.
They still use Orthodox methods and spoil Patients eyes.
So called Dr Mohan is ill mannered Person who don't even know how to respect Elders and is also known for his Ego.

Our Family is stil suffering and entire Team of Mohan Eye Institute are not bothered as have already earned out of us. It was great experience.

Very WORST experience. Have you heard any Doctor to say his patient - "TUMNE MERE SE OPERATION KARWA KAR MERE PAR KOYI EHSAAN KIYA HAI KYA" I strongly suggest everybody to take another second opinion from another Eye Surgeon/Doctor before going for Surgery in this Clinic. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to this Clinic.

THE BEST Ophthalmic doctors in Delhi, fantastic staff and overall service! The institute itself is state of the art, with perhaps the richest legacy in Ophthalmic care in India. Dr. Rajiv was extremely patient explaining me what was wrong with my right eye, the root causes for it, the treatment and the post treatment long term care. Despite the high volume of patients, the wait time was relatively low, and the institute has all necessary facilities under one roof - including an optical shop. I also find it very convenient that they have a Mohan Eye Institute branch in South Delhi in Aashlok Hospital (Safdarjung Enclave) which is closer to my house where both Dr. Rajiv Mohan and Dr. Sanjiv Mohan practice daily.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. The behaviour of Admin staff is very RUDE & their way of handling customer is HORRIBLE. The person handling ACCOUNTS dept, who explains about the insurance coverage & package, is himself not sure & keeps on changing the surgery cost each time you visit him for guidance. This centre has different price package for same surgery & they manipulate the prices depending on the insurance policy you hold or if you pay in CASH. Thank God I saved myself timely, wasted only few thousand bucks in unnecessary EXPENSIVE tests for cataract surgery in this centre & FINALLY got the surgery done through some OTHER branded chain of Centres for Sight! Please thoroughly review your decision before going to this centre & see for yourself that they charge very hefty amount for pre test cataract surgery & compare with other top brands. Please!

I am under treatment for last more than 10 years. I am fully satisfied with Doctor, staff and treatment.

Extremely irresponsible Doctors and callous staff- they have little care for patient health & welfare. Wish I had read the reviews before making an appointment at Mohan Institute. Dr Monica has been called out in previous reviews too- my experience with her was appalling too.
Best avoided!

Dr. Mohan botched the cataract surgery of my ******* in the year 2014 and 2015. He himself didn't operate on the eyes and instead asked one of his juniors to do so. Also, they have a bias against CGHS patients wherein they put them last in the queue of patients.

Went to Dr Neha (Mohan Eye Venkateshwar Hospital Dwarka) first thing she has a very rude tone every doctor i have met are all available on watsapp if you want to share your medical reports but in her case you have to everytime visit her no matter how far you stay just for consultation you have to visit her every time if u ask her if once she can just check report and atleast tell if everything is fine so that we can get an appointment for cataract surgery but she will refuse to reply on watsapp we went there every time we got clearance from cardiologist and diabetes doctor but again Miss Neha wrote another test which diabetes doctor clearly told not to do. Being a doctor i don’t understand how can she not have patience to talk to her patients
She is a very frustrated human for sure in her personal life not fit to be a good doctor We did all the tests but then decided not to go with her because she lacks patience and basic manners which a doctor Must Have

Sharing the worst experience ever with an institute like Mohan Eye institute, Ganga Ram hospital marg. They are just there to fool people around by asking them to shell off their money by asking patients to come on multiple occasions for simple thing so that they can charge them the consultation fee again and again. Sharing my personal experience now. I went there with my family day before yesterday i.e. 20th Oct 2021 for a complete eye check up for all of us and I paid Rs. 1200 per person for the same. They checked the eyes and then asked me and my son to come again today i.e. 22nd Oct 21 asking both of us to dilate our eyes at home for 2 hours before visiting them. When I reached their at 10 AM, they first saw me and just told me that I should go for White Eye cataract surgery and asked if I had medi claim and told that the total expenses are Rs. 45000. The same thing they told me when I had visited them on 20th Oct 21. On asking whether the cataract is stable or not or increasing, to this they had no answer but just asking me to get the surgery done. Just for this they again charged me Rs. 600 today. After that comes by son’s turn, they checked his eyes and then told me that they will now give him his eye number after 4 to 5 days and charged Rs. 600 as well for him. When I asked to give the number now as they had checked his eyes on 20th Oct and checked his spectacles today, they clearly said that there is a procedure for the same and I will have to come after 5 days and they will again charge Rs. 600 for him again.

On enquiring, why should I again pay Rs. 600 for him as giving the number should be a part of the same consultation as I have already paid twice for him, the doctor said that there is a procedure and we are giving services and charging for the same. On enquiring that this is your procedure, the doctor was so rude and said yes that this is our procedure and he has so much experience and things happen like this only.

I believe rather than helping patients, they are just into the business of making money and fooling people around with their so called procedures.

I would say that it is not Mohan Eye Institute but “EYEING MONEY INSTITUTE”.

I think everyone deserves a good amount of time and attention when getting their eyes tested. It's not about the correct lens prescription, an eye checkup is about your eye health. People can make mistakes but better is expected out of Doctors. I think the consultation fee of Rs 1200 for a mere eye check which consisted of only changing lenses to correct my eye prescription is too much. It can be done in any eyeglass shop. For Example. Titan can do it for free. My experience here as of today was unsatisfactory as i understand i was at fault for not getting my eyes checked for a while but it felt like the ophthalmologist simply wanted to leave early and didn't do a thorough job. I was too shocked to see my eye prescription almost double up and in my paranoia wasn't able to ask for what i deserved at the least but i feel i shouldn't have had the need to. It's the doctors responsibility to do a thorough job and provide the patients what they deserve. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend.

PATHETIC DOCTOR! The doctor had no knowledge about my eye condition, prescribed wrong medications and has very very rude and unacceptable behaviour

CGHS / DGHS / ECHS - Do not take your parents here If you are covered under these schemes, they will cut all possible corners and cheat you on administered medicines - give reduced quantity, compromise the treatment etc.

I have been to Dr Rajiv Mohan earlier. And Dr Rajiv is amazing by the issue with Mohan Eye Institute is the frontdesk staff. Unfortunately a patient has to deal with the frontdesk before the doctor and that is where they lost me. Arrogant and ignorant

Worst doctor in Venketshwar Mohan eye center even a police constable behavior is better than this doctor. I got my cataract surgery done under ECHS. She didn't brief at all neither she provided any eye checkup details for IOL. When I asked that I want the same quality of IOL as of my other eye. She said that will cost me 45000/= which I agreed but after surgery I came to know that she has implanted a local indian made IOL in my eye when asked for reason she start shouting. She has checked my better eye vision and not the operated eye as that eye vision is not good. Please avoid Mohan Eye Centre at Venketshwar Hospital Dwarka. New Delhi

On 3rd November 2017 my left eye cataract surgery was done here. Package of ₹ 34000 was given by Apollo Munich Insurance Co. The surgery was quite successful and nicely done. So again I decided to undertake right eye cataract surgery in the same place. It was done on 12th December 2018 and again Apollo Munich Insurance Co had paid the package of ₹ 34000. But I am sorry to say that the hospital had asked me to pay extra ₹ 11000 in addition to ₹ 34000 if I want to get the same quality of lens. Finally I had to pay. It is never possible that within one year lens cost will increase by ₹ 11000. This is pure case of cheating.

Worst place to get your cataract operation done. Please avoid this place as much as you can. They run a sweat shop
