Ash, bas logo ko ch.bnati hai, she is very unprofessional in talk and behaviour. Don't go there. She is totaly showoff, charsy hai ye ash, She is in hangover at working time even, and calling, maamy, kaaki, chachi mausi to her customer.

I took service of nail extensions but it was so bad just stayed 10 days, not fitted on my nail properly because of inappropriate sizes, charges are really high as service is pathetic.

Really nice experience. The staff is very humble and understanding of what you want. The owner is really sweet and humble too. Loved the look, will surely be visiting again.

I would b honest. They are fraud. If u don't want to spoil your special day, money and time please please please don't go there. First they pretent they are sweet & dedicated to their work but after payment they show how cunning they are who make their customers fool. They constantly criticising my healthy skin & hair to sell there cheap product & services. MONA spoiled my engagement & wedding day makeup, she don't know anything about makeup, she charged too much extra for cheap quality eyelashes & bar bar mana krne k baad b MONA sold hair extension at ₹2000 that look extremely ugly &extra 2000 for nail extension which was complimentary. She used very low quality makeup products & next day mere clear face p bhaut sare pimples aa gye. When she was doing my makeup gndi smell aa rhi thi unke muh se. Makeup k baad double payment krate h blah blah extra bol k.
PLEASE DON'T COME AT THIS "PATHETIC" SALON.

I had one of the worst experiences here.
My family and I had shown our expected hairstyles and makeup before booking and we were convinced that our expectations will be met. But on reaching there, one of the owners (won’t take her name) started criticising everything about our skin and about not availing their other services. Not only did they not meet our expectations, the staff did whatever they liked, made a new trainee do our makeup, I only pointed out multiple times about the messy contouring and eye makeup, but criticised us all to such an extent that everyone’s mood was absolutely down just before our biggest family function. The staff was irresponsible and very careless and did not listen even to the slightest of the expectations that were set since the beginning. If we are paying you guys such hefty amounts, be responsible about it and be a little hospitable towards your clients and make sure to set the right expectations and just not lure them in your words. Even the small local parlours/salon provide way better services than you guys. Please be better seriously!

Hair cut - worst customer service
I went to Monash in Paschim vihaar for my 7 year old haircut. They have very poor service. After washing her hairs they just made her sit for 5-10 mins with no towel.all her clothes got wet with dripping water. The staff is busy selling packages and Beauty products to everyone.
I gave very clear instructions to hair stylist to just trim hairs and make sure they tie with band. He cut her hairs so short till ears and then gave reasons that her hairs are curly.
In between hair cut, hair stylist was busy selling beauty services to other customers and talking to other customers.
After cut, they just left her with wet hairs and started attending next customer.
I would never ever step into this salon.

Devika, Preeti and Hassan put good efforts in creating a subtle look! Happy with the experience (but they should put or suggest their own taste as well rather depend on customer completely)

Here i am Ashmita’s Ex bride and already i have got amazingly dolled up by her she does her work with just not perfection but advices too as a very good friend as to how i can get best of the services for myself. And so now i went to get my hair extensions done by her along with the global haircolour and botox for my hair, i had actually got it done in bhopal and he destroyed my hair literally as u can see in the video but she saved my hair with all that she could and cant be more thankful for the work she did. ️️

Very Bad Experience. Pathethic hair treatment. They use very poor quality product on my hair.and after first wash I got the real result my hair is looking very dry and curly. And even they didn't use the product which they promised me for hair treatment.before hair treatment She demanded rs 3500 and after the treatment they charged rs 4200 for GST. Plz don't come anyone here for here treatment. They are big fraud. A big no to this beauty salon.

They are frauds. Quoted higher price than listed charges and also took GST of 18% i.e Rs. 900 on 5000 charge for hair styling. Asked for bill but they told that billing staff is ill and they they would send bill on my email/ whatsapp after 2 days. Its been exactly 30 days today following them for bill but of no use. I think they are doing this with all customers and not issuing bills so the actual GST 18% collected does not go to revenue department #GSTDelhiZone #CBIC #DelhiPolice #IncomeTaxAuthority #GST_Council

Guys you need to beware of these cheaters. I Went for My Hair treatment. They charged huge amount from me for My Hair and said i will Solved all Problems of your Hair (Dandruff and Hair Fall). And Ash said i Promise you your Hair will became dandruff free and No Hair Fall and also said that i will refund your Money If treatment will Not Be successfull. But after payment she denied for evrything. My Hair become the Same like before. She charged GST 18% 18% on each payment. But i asked Them for Bill and They said no need for that and Then said Server is Not working WE Cant Give bill to you. And They charged diffrent Prices according the Person (same treatment offered to my friend on less amount). They Cheat Client. Attitüde of the staff specially ASHMITA JAISWAL is miserable. I Want My Money back Or i need complete Service but she ignored My calls And she denied for evrything. This is the Most wrost Salon i ever seen. I had a wrost experience.have Lot to Be IT for now i Guess This is sufficient Review to help u Guys make a wise decision and before investing your Hard earned Money.

I visit to monash salon Paschim Vihar branch first time and it's my worst experience which I never face at other salons. Totally disappointed staff and no cooperation. Even the owner is also not at all cooperative. I can only suggest to all dat never try MONASH

. Had a great experience wid Monash. I was took a smoothing therapy and it is just amazing.results are superb and staff is so nice.also environment is good.
