Worst experience, i paid all loan but this company not removed loan from CIBIL REPORTS. I have send all proof them in mail but not any response from last 1 year this lead to reduce my cibil score

Its been more then 3 years my all loans are already paid on time but still same are showing as active loans on my credit report of experian i emailed you number of time to change the status but same response that wait for some time and now i have waited for more then 3 years. Really pathetic response and service now i m going to complaint legal for not changing my status on credit reports which is hampering my credit score.
