Very helpful towards me and guiding me in filing my IT return.

Helped me filling up online form very patiently and at the same time they did not charge me for the help.

One of my ICICI policy recently completed 15 years and was mature. Since I had moved to my home town Bhopal due to Work from home, I found the address of branch nearby and visited. They gave me a long list of documents to be submitted for which I came back home to collect them. Next week when I again visited with the documents, they still asked me for one more document and had to return unsuccessful.

I was very irritated since I had purchased this policy through moneyminar and decided to contact them. While I was very angry and harsh on the phone, they were still very patient with me and told me that I need not go anywhere and simply asked me to sign some forms that they mailed me and courier them along with my documents to them. I was not in a position to repeatedly take off and go to local branch. I thought let me try this.

To my surprise in about 15 days the maturity money was credited to my bank account. Never expected them to be so helpful in getting my work done. When I called them to say thank you, their reaction was very warm as if this was nothing special and they just went about doing their job. I was extremely impressed by their attitude and behaviour.

I purchased 2 policies from them a few months back.

Yesterday I needed tax proofs urgently as it was my company last date. I called the insurance company and they told me atleast 48 hours it will take. I was very confused what to do.

Then I called my RM in moneyminar and explain the situation. I am very impressed they arrange the proofs in 3 hours. Excellent response and hence decided to share my experience

When I checked the fund values of policies and mutual funds suggested by money minar, I was pleasantly surprised by the gains I have got in the last 2 years. Am very satisfied

Unique bunch of people who help you choose apt solutions. What I like the most is they never force you into any decision and completely leave it to you to make your choice.

Dear all, I am amazed at their tenacity to help you in your financial planning. When i had made up my mind on a retirement plan these people suggested, they still wanted me to explore further.

Who does that? In todays world everyone is out to close a deal quickly, but not these people. They ask you to think over your decision again so that you rarely ever have any second thoughts. Wish we had such an experience elsewhere as well.

They are outstanding in their research capability in almost all areas of personal finance. Whenever I have approached them with any questions, they take their time but come up with a best solution.

Why am I putting my comments here?

For people new to the finance field (like me) I would like to explain how they are helping us. They are making tough financial terms very easy and teaching us the right way to decide. I really wish i had used them long before only.

It's been a good experience so far with Money Minar I appreciate the pains they take in their approach towards a customer's financial goals. Great quality advice and appreciate their regular followup and professionalism.

Got true and honest advice. Appreciate their attention to detail.

Got an honest opinion on my previous investments too. While I would expect others to be critical, they on the contrary told me that I had picked my investments well and did not need to make any changes.

They patiently explained the fine terms and conditions - all of this without anything in it for them.

My experience is - just go by their advice. They evaluate, do their research and then advice.

No response after selling policy. Policy is different from what they promised. Stay away from them

The focus is to emotionally circumference you and make you realise that you don't know anything. Don't get into the trap.

Totally fraud company. Stay away, don't listen a single word from them. This is real experience.

They are giving very good advice. I am liking their approach towards financial planning.

Appreciate their regular followup and professionalism. I have one LIC n one Icici policy through them. Now plan to also invest in MFs.

Honesty was a little sceptical when I read some negative reviews, but my experience in the last 18 months has been excellent.

Never ever trust these guys. They are just insurance agents selling the insurance products to you to maximise their commisions. Initialy they will talk to you as if they are giving you some financial advise that is a premium service for free. All they will push you with some random private insurance packages that will trap you for next 15-18 years. They may tell you random numbers for profits, hide rules like penalty on surrender etc. You will only come to know these things after sometime when you see no point in keeping the tools they suggested and suggested you to opt for.

Just dont trust them and if at all you are looking for a finanial advise better go with a paid service who gives honest opinions about the finacial tools available to you based on your profile and does not have any conflict of interest with the tools or product they suggest to you.

I have a lot of Mutual funds. One month back they asked me to exit a few of them. Thx to them I have saved over 2 Lacs that I would have lost in the market fall in the last 1 week.

They take a lot of pains to educate IT people like me.

Service wise it is really 360 change. Specially before and after policy enrollment. Which put you in doubt weather policy given to you was right or wrong.
Stay away n buy policy self

Totally unprofessional. They will spam call you daily like crazy. You guys just cannot call anybody for marketing purposes if they are not at all interested.

It's been 2 year every month get call from their one of representative from different numbers and even after saying directly no they ask for 2 referrals and next month call again. Now whenenever I receive call I clearly say not interested but still they are so SHAMELESS and call again and again.

Completely appreciate their professionalism. They have excellent follow up and was a bit cautious after reading other reviews. But I had an excellent experience.

I never got any unwanted calls. We fixed up a time and I only got a call at that time. Kudos to Money Minar
