Visited the waxing service and it was super class. Our masters of this level are considered top-notch and work in ultra-expensive salons, but here they are fast, high-quality, not painful and with a minimum of irritation at a low price.

Further: I had an unsuccessful haircut in another salon, I came here hoping to fix it, and I did not lose. The master took into account the wishes and performed everything perfectly for two times, as I saw and wanted.

I would definitely recommend this salon and will return again.

Went for face wax. The lady who was doing the threading work seemed to be more interested in starting gossips with me more than the work. Small skin tears were left around my eyebrows after she was done. Then the lady who did face wax dropped some of the wax on my shirt. Unprofessional staff

I visited the Monsoon Salon for my global highlights and facial. Once in a lifetime experience, actually, I was very tired and slept while facial was going on, very relaxing session and they didn't bother to wake me up from my beauty sleep, session ho gaya, bahar aa jao nahi kaha, infact Nishi gave me blanket and left! Seriously I was feeling like deep sleep session. Nishi, Fakhiya and Rinki maam all are superb.must visit for facial and hair services. Apki service apko best banati hai, best wishes to the entire team!

This was my first visit. I went there to take haircut and hair color. Hair cut was okay. But they did worst to my hair with color. Even after showing them the reference picture first they told me different price but after haircut when I sit for colour and again I showed the reference picture they told the other price. I asked reason they said we didn't see the picture carefully.this is different kind of color charges would be high.but still i agreed and i asked them to do purple color instead they did red color I was so annoyed and angry i couldn't do anything. My hairs was all worsened. I told the manager so he asked me come again tomorrow but i had to go out of India and how many times I had to treat my hairs with chemicals.also they told me the color would stay for 1.5-2 months but the color is gone in 3-4 wash completely. I would never recommend anyone this saloon atleast not for hair color. My whole hairs is ruined now.it's all blond and worst. I had to redo my color

I am visiting them since many years, they always amazed me with the latest trends and knowledge, must visit salon at Connaught Place.

Got a hair cut from them. He has always gave his best n changed my look completely all the time.

It is located in posh area, it’s in 2nd floor and there was no board outside so i had difficulty in finding the place.
The rate for hairwash and blow dry charged, was bit more than I was told on call.

Parlour area is huge with all the basic facilities.

This salon in cp is a good one obviously it would b expensive as it is in cp the service they provide is perfect, staff is very freindly and for me this is most important.i had smoothening wax and eyebrows from here and i havent found any flaws in any of the service

I got a Brazilian wax done here and it was great! Cost was 1180. Took less than 30 minutes. They use a soft chocolate wax along with strips. Room was clean and hygenic. Ask for Monica! Highly recommend this place for a Brazilian wax.

Loved how co operative the staff and hair dressers were. Very understanding and they seemed to know exactly what they are doing. Great experience and one of the few places in Delhi to have GK Products.

The people working here are very bad.they are taking a lot of money.they misguide u and cause inconveince to u.the manager do not have atticates how to talk.they destroy my hair by doing keratin.very bad place.never visit.please.very very bad salon.the staff here are working they dont know what to do unprofesionalism staff.hell they are.

Wrost horrible experience there.i was dere for my balayage hair colour with lighter shade and that guy name “deepak “. 1stly he was not in mind or he didn’t understand wat i was saying nd what colour i want.he was not professional at all.he doesn’t understand customer demand.horrible unprofessional staff.even they r not asking for water at all.pls guys don’t waste ur time or money there.this place is wrost.even he don’t know wat is balayage ‍️. Kanhiya (I probably got the spelling wrong) did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure. Lots of steps were taken on both jobs. Excellent work. Would definitely go back

Worst like a nightmare made wait for 1 half hr from prior appointment still not done woh kkow what's inside.

Worst experience.i wouldn't even have given them 1star.it was just my urgent need yo get my eyebrows done.the girl spoiled it.and the charge was 150/- for eyebrows and upperlips.but i asked to compensate atleast 20 rupees they clearly said no.

Pretty cost effective and decent salon. Waiting isn't too much. Staff strength is good and staff is well trained. The receptionist is very soft spoken and customer centric.

Pathetic and most unprofessional staff.gave me appointment for 2 pm. I spent 300 rs on a taxi to reach there in time to learn that my appointment was cancelled due to non availability of staff.and no one had the courtesy to call me or message me that my appointment has been cancelled. Caused me so much inconvenience in addition to the loss of money.the salon was dirty unhygienic and smelling bad.don’t waste your time and money on these morons!
