I used to be a regular customer here, and loved the salon, this time was a different story! The staff was helpful and nice but not well trained and didn't follow my instructions or fulfill my needs. My balyage wasn't done right and wasn't blended, you could see a straight line from where the hair dye started and where my natural hair ended. They also got bleach and hair dye all over the closed I was wearing. I asked to speak to someone incharge but they said they were busy would call me back later, never happened! In the end, I was not happy with the outcome of my hair and they just reduced the charge by removing the taxes, I had to pay Rs. 8000/- for getting my hair and clothes ruined. Wouldn't recommend nor ever go back.

Beautifully decorated Service is also good. Ever since I started getting my hair cut here I would never consider getting my hair cut anywhere else. Although the charges are high, the buyer can take many services if they keeps a little balance of charges.

Services have deteriorated over time. While the staff is still good but output is not as good.

It’s even worse than a local salon. My wife got allergies and infection as the hygiene is pathetic. They use local products, towels are dirty, renovation done is horrendous! Never visit the place unless you want to get infection.
