Came for mother’s treatment and the response was quick. Sister shalu, dr tehsir were helpful and brother sumit was also very helpful.

Dedicated doctors and staff. Thanks for making my last visit pleasant. But 3 places where I think you may do more work. 1) counter queue & counter staff. 2) Place inner map/sign boards to help new patients. 3) Chairs for patients. Thanks again

Absolutely pathetic. It appears that their servers are perpetually down. Had an appointment with Dr. Tuli, but since server was down it was not showing. Had an appointment for 11: 00 am and reached hospital at about 10: 15. Was asked to see junior doctor at around 12 noon. We asked for water for drinking, it was said that water is not available in OPDs in this hospital. This is surely deficiency of service.

Hygiene is bad, staff is short n systems do not work. Communication between personnel n staff n handover is not proper. Please do not visit hospital if you value life.

Your staff is amazingly nice.
Unfortunately you are highly understaffed. That needs urgent attention. Five star is for staff, not hospital. Plumbing is bad.

Absolutely pathetic service, specially for cashless corporate medical facilities. They have only one person for billing of cashless corporate patients. Even after waiting for 1+ hour, it is not guaranteed that you'lo get the billing done. You can visit doctor only after billing. It seems they don't want to treat cashless corporate patients
Total money minded approach. AVOID if you can!

The services are worst services, staff is untrained and even doesn’t have manners to talk to patients.

The hospital is looting when you want any original film of sonogrpahy/ultrasound. They never tell before hand that you will not get the original film but only report. If you want it then give 300rs extra after charging us for the test. They say the film will be provided to doctor in CD but cant give it to the patient. Staff doesn't know the doctors appointment timings and days of visit. The service is pathetic.

लूटने की मशीन है ये देश का पहला हॉस्पीटल जहा x ray से हो जानी वाली जांच की जगह ct scan करा दिया जाता है, और पूरे देश मे ct scan जहा 2 से 3 हजार का होता है यहा वो 4500 रुपये ले रहे हैं जिसमें MRI हो जाती है, और ये अकेले ऐसे महान हॉस्पिटल वाले हैं जो ct scan की फिल्म आपको नहीं देते अगर आपके पास पैसे जायदा है तो किसी गरीब को देदे पर ईन लूटेरो को मत देना

This Private Money Minded Hospital is becoming Government Hospital Day by Day.

Charges are going high and services are going down.

1. Lack of staff.
2. Billing takes min 40-45mins. Even in the mother's nest
3. Have to stand in long ques.only one person handing billing.
4. Hospital is running only because of Mother's Nest doctor's and Pedestrian.
5. Staff lacks knowledge and are not responsible for anything.

They need to pull up their socks otherwise Hospital will turn into Government hospital.

Let me tell you all here abt my experience with this hospital and their Doctors. Few days ago I had an emergency situation while I was driving my car and somehow manage to reach Moolchand Hospitals emergency department. First of all the supporting staff who saw me took me inside the emergency and within few seconds I saw couple of Doctors at my bed side who were checking my pulse and other stuff. They were very professional and helpful especially Dr faizan and Dr Shailee and the nursing staff. After 3 hrs I got discharged from their and yesterday I went their to collect my reports and I went to the Emergency dept again to show my reports to the doctors and this time Dr Azhar Consultant emergency checked me and my report and he guided me well. I am soo thankful to all the doctors from Moolchand Hospitals.

Very poor experience! The laboratory staff is useless. You are charged for many tests but they don't conduct all the tests you have to undergo. They will do half of the tests and say all tests are done and make a fool of the patient. It's better to avoid getting tests done from here.

My sister was admitted in Moolchand for her delivery. From her delivery to taking care of her in the third floor was all done so well. All the doctors and staffs were professional and on the spot. Dr. Bandana sodhi and Dr. Maninder kept my sister calm and relaxed during the procedure. The food service and every explicit things were well maintained. Especially Mrs. Sosamma Mathew and her team made sure that the baby and the mother were comfortable and taken care off.

Dr. Neeraj Kumar stopped my father's important medicine (livera) for no reason. My father got another brain attack due to lack of this medicine. RR Hospital Army Doctors saves my father's life and said, "never stop this medicine in future". Dr Neeraj Kumar is not a well Experienced Doctor for Neuro problems or He is not familiar/immotionally attached/understand patients come under ECHS PANNEL.

Hopeless doctors and hospital with no facilities at all. X ray machines dont work in emergency and the doctors gave a wrong advice for a 5 year old child that no xray is required just because the machine was not working. Child had a fracture but the doctors at moolchand said it doesnt seem to be a fracture without an xray.

Everything was streamlined. Dr. Shalini Garg, Ophthalmologist who attended to me and my wife, gave us a very patient hearing; performed all the required tests herself and briefed us thoroughly on the medication and follow up required by the two of us. Many Thanks.

My uncle was admitted to this hospital due to covid, that time there was no hospitals having bed during the pandemic. Due to this hospital and by the grace of God my uncle is healthy now. Extremely qualified doctors with a humane approach towards patients. Well maintained, friendly and efficient nursing and support staff.

Services of doctors are very poor. Cardiology and surgery doctors are very slow. They do not care of other time. Today I came at 0930 hrs but still doctors could not meet upto 1315 hrs. I am still waiting for meeting with both doctors

Got admitted to the Moolchand Hospital for one day. Nursing staff supported well during the saty. Stay was on 3rd floor, It was all good except of little cooling problem on part of the Air Conditioner.

Very bad experience, extremely greedy hospital with very rude and bad behavioured staff and doctors. They are making fool of people by wasting their time and money. The hospital should be banned by the Government. Treatment here is not at all recommended.

I went their since a long time about 5-6 years.i am wondering how pathetic services they are providing these days. Most of the staff who is sitting on reception is untrained who is not aware about to print complete ultrasound report and sharing with us as I have recieved partial report, Surely you will be disappointing to know that even drinking water (Water dispenser) is not available in this hospital.

Kindly focus on these few points that I have observed to avoid any inconveniences for patient. Being a customer centric will be changing many things around you team. It was not expected from such renowned hospital.

Third class hospital with untrained staff. Emergency doctor didn't know basics of checking injury or simple thing like how to check X ray on the system. Same experience at the billing by Mr. Pr Chand who didn't know how to bill for emergency services.

My mother was admiited at Moolchand Hospital and the service at Moolchand was the best in class. Nurses and staff were all very supportive and doctor also provided the best treatment. Would highly recommend this hospital.

Overall experience was excellent.admitted under the the care of Dr. Indu. She is Superb no words to explain. Dr. Anamika, 'Dr. Preeti were also very supportive. Very polite staff, Dr Rajesh Meena is fabulous in terms of patient handling as well as in knowledge.
The food was really healthy and doesnt feel like a patient's food at all.

Chori karte huye sharm tak nahi aati nalayko ko bimar logo ki beimaani ka khane walo kide padenge kutto. Imandari ke bill banao choro.

They almost killed my mother in Nov. 2015. They unnecessarily put her in ICU and she started looking like a zombie just within two days. The staff was rude and non professional. Their only purpose is a huge bill for themselves. Do not recommend this hospital at all.

We have been going here for the past eight years. Excellent, professional, courteous. One-of-a-kind place that does not overcharge patients. Costs half of other private hospitals in the city. Their neonatal care and NICU facilities are the best there is. Cannot recommend enough.

Moolchand is one of the worst hospital. My son got a headache and school teacher took him to moolchand for treatment and they just applied Vicks on his forehead and given one tablet. And for just five min they charged 4300 Rs. I don't know why govt won't put some capping on the hospital like moolchand. I would strongly recommend you to never visit there.

Disgusting service! Please stay away from this hospital at any cost. Had gone to the emergency wing on Diwali as the opd was closed that day in the evening. My 7 month daughter had high fever so they prescribed her some cold syrup n Crocin. Instead of writing 0.6 ml they had written 6 ml for the cold syrup! Very unprofessional doctors who were there that day. I highly doubt whether they were real doctors with license to practice

Worst hospital and thugs of all time. Emergency Doctors both male and female doctors are so rude and mean, they know only money language.

The have infrastructure but the treatment quality of this hospital is worst, don't prefer Moolchand for serious issues. There doctors can't handle things while emergency.

I visited moolchand medicity for the treatment of my mother who was suffering from dengue fever. We visited moolchand emergency on 8/11/2018 and proper treatment was provided to her. All the specialist doctors came to see her and after getting admitted there, she was completely fine. The staff is extemely friendly and caring.
