Fraud Service. They will promise you a different vehicle and will send a totally different one with disgusting seats. PS: THEY SENT ME A PIC OF RECLINER SEAT BUS AND CHARGED ME ACCORDING TO THAT. However we got a below average dirty roadways kind of bus.
Upon complaining they will not take any action. Miserable guys.
I booked 2 tickets for my parents and they had the worst trip ever. The conductor misbehaved with my dad. I wish I had gone through the previous feedback before booking the tickets online.
Guys please avoid this tour operator. They are just the middleman with unmanaged network.

Very bad bus service, drivers are rude and not experienced.
