Never trust them with your bag. They send it without repairing. Then sit on it for months togather.
Useless company and useless service.when you call them, their caller lines are shut at 7 pm with a automated message that they close at 9 pm.

Really great service, got my shoes repaired, amazing staff and specially Mr Robin, who took a personal care of my item and delicately delivered the product. 5stars!

Highly unprofessional staff. This was the 4th time I was told that they will call me back with an update regarding my shoe delivery and they haven't. Every time I call, they tell me they will call me back in 30 minutes. You may be good when it comes to the actual service of my shoes but customer support can be improved by a thousand miles.p. S just got the delivery, and the work done was poor. The pasting job was shoddy but I have no other companies to approach for the same work so I guess I don't have any option.

Too costly to begin with.

Secondly they will demand 100% payment in advance and I have myself observed them giving useless excuses to people when they aren’t able to deliver the desired results.

I had given my hidesign laptop bag on 14th May to the select city walk store and it was communicated that they would fix it in a week. Today is 10th June and still the excuse is their master ji is unwell. Full payment was taken on 14th itself.

It's better to get a streetside cobbler to fix your shoes, atleast they don't rip you off like them and does more or less the same job.
Pathetic service. Nike special edition ruined by them.

Bad service and laid back attitude. Some kind of local materials and paint that they use, wore off in a day

Worst services. Extremely expensive. No polite way to talk to customers. They only care about money.
Shoe got pasted and pasting came out within month.
Went back to the store, they demnded money again. Its better to get shoe repair from road side cobbler. Same quality work you get from Mr. PRONTO.

Very pathetic and dirty customer service they have, really don’t know what’s value of customer. Seriously I am very fade-up with services. Please don’t go with pronto.

They charged me 1k just to sew my back boots sole. Now the front is coming out in about a months time. Work is not professional. They don't see overall problema of the shoes. Hope they change and charge according to the quality of work that's being delivered. Not so good as for my opinion.

Got two of my fav shoes repaired here.both times I had to make several calls n visits for the shoe to be ready
Repair Prices are high, but you can't leave the expensive shoes with the local cobbler.can you?

Good place to get your shoes and bags repaired and get cleaned. I am a regular at select city walk shop, Biggest drawback is that they don’t have a price list of the services. So every time I go they charge 200-300 RS more for the same service they have provided 2-3 months ago and they have no explanation for that since there is no price list. Go there if you want to get your purses / bags cleaned at any cost

It’s been a pleasant experience from start to finish.
The Hush Puppies were restored to showroom level.

Sad that I am happy of The interaction with Mgr at Mr Pronto and their service.

Really wish Bata comes back to the Bata I loved.

They have pathetic and zero knowledge of handling costly shoe and bags. Been there customers for good 3-4 years now. But every year they reach new low in services. Gave them my Aldo shoes to clean they charged me Rs. 800 for cleaning & returned me with damaged shoes. They flap under shoe lashes where damged and torn and excuse the lady gave me that it was reksin and it gets torn while cleaning with chemical. I told them you should take extra precautions while cleaning those material she said phir bhi hojta hae. I told them you are not only shoe cleaner but then you have to see that it don’t get damaged. I said how I can get it fixed she told me it will be charged Rs. 2200. They did damage and they want me to pay that amount to restore and above all no apologies. The place is horrible people give there shoes because it’s convenient for them in select store they give and do there shopping. They have no experience of handling costly products. Pathetic, Poor, Untrained staff and costly.

Quiet expensive, visited first time to repair a woodland sandle. And repair cost is Rs1600. That's too expensive.

Really Bad Service and unprofessional staff. They do not know how to handle expensive things which people give them for repairs and dry cleaning. Spoiled my Gucci Bag given for dry cleaning only. Returned my bag with ink patches all over. Full of untrustworthy people. Do not visit them

Amazed by the service, it looks like brand new! Super fast service aswell compared to others. Definitely the best in NCR. If you care for your shoes Mr. Pronto is the place.

I have been going here for years. They have increased the life of my shoes tenfold. The only problem I see with them is that they are in the mall. Getting to the mall is a whole process.

All in all, great repair work and good staff
