Such sprawling premises but alas the bureaucratic apathy. I had to go around the building before I could identify the entrance that is also through a shabby basement parking. Waste of exchequer money and of such a grand public property.

Building name is 'Mahanagar Doorsanchar Sadan' situated just adjoining to jangpura metro station.building structure is very nice. This building is the official building of MTNL. Now many other offices of Government of India has been opened in this place.

MTNL Building. It is situted near Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium Gate No 10. Just outside the Gate no 3 of Jangpura Metro Station

Building is not in a good shape. Although nicely located in CGO complex and easily accessible through metro. Few Govt Offices are located inside the building.

A huge infrastructure in the vital business place is being underutilized. The whole place is gloomy with dark alleys and no directions signboards. The new person entering first time would feel as if walking through horror movie locations.
It's high time that MTNL puts in some semblance of office space. The efficiency of staff, the attitude etc is all needs improvement. It's not surprising that company is loosing its customer base. Overall a bad experience going through the MTNL office at Sanchar Bhawan, Lodi Road.

Disgusting, the staff don't want to do their job, trying to avoid and return the customers with silly queries.

They won't let you disconnect no matter if the person is deceased or shifting to other city.they will just keep sending you bills.no support from the employees.so done with them

Horrible experience, instead of helping disconnect age old landline they will make u run 10 times wid different papers and won't even bother to look into the matter!

Good. Reliable. Staff as well as Accounts Officer very cooperative. MTNL is still my choice of telecommunication.
