MTNL Dabri

MTNL has stopped excepting payments of Mtnl bills since 2 months There is no other MTNL hereby. We senior citizens have to go to Mtnl office at District Center Janakpuri for payment of bills which is very far off for people living at dda flats Janakpuri near Dabri morh.
MTNL should restart excepting Mtnl bill payment at Dabri

Bad office place. Toilet at ground floor always stinks. Laziness & under-performance all around.

Worst infrastructure smelly place n the most they all are too lazy people if you will not shout or be rude to them they will not do your any work on time especially when it's afternoon lunch time is 1: 30 to 2 am but all of them are taking their seats at 3, or 3: 04 after lunch n after that also they would be interested in doing gossip not work worst people service MTNL has the big name in India and abroad but because of this type of workers we hate to do MTNL no one would be happy to visit again to them because of their worst working speed

Sheen lost people are uncaring to build rapport. Looks like on path of diminishing. Sad to see a losing public sector undertaking.

I think this office should be shut down, waste of money, manpower and place. It is better to get another operater's service instead of this Govt's service. If you want a SIM card, you should have to win the battle of Mahabharata.

The lunch timing is 1 pm to 2 pm but they return the office at 2: 30 to 3 pm. Bilkul sarkari bhai.

Not visible from the main road, & accessibility to the parking area can also be missed out. The main counter for billing & other concerns is on the outside & on a dusty patch of ground. Maintanence is required around the place however.
