The place is nearly closed no sense in visiting here. Only one person is appointed here for the landline redressal (from what I percieved) who is mostly not in office, no sense in even calling as no one would be there to pick up your call.
Better go to the established MTNL offices like karol bagh Or laxmi nagar Or ashok vihar etc.
