Public Sector Giant is neglected, sorry state of affairs. Once a Navratan company now on the verge of closing.

Most unhelpful staff.they have no work and their attitude is not to extend helpnbut to push you out from there. They are least bothered if there are customers or not.

Big building, at prime location, but few staff. Rest all rooms empty. MTNL is in loss they should get income by rent out this huge building.

Waste of land.so much space but not in use.all dark inside.hall is too big but no reception and place like hell.smelling.dirty.and last thing like mtnl going old day by day like his building

It is for all needs related to MTNL landline, mobile and broadband connections. Near Jaipur Golden Hospital. Poor Infrastructure, staff helpful.

Difficult to reach destination with long walk from outer ring road. A dark and empty atmosphere. Staff doing good work

Bewkuf log na kabhi time pe ate ha or na kabhi kuch kam karte ha. THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE PRIVATIZE

Pathetic staff. Have never seen the office resume operation at appointed time which is 9am. Its mostly by 10: 30 that it starts work. Highly unfriendly and inefficient staff. Got my connection of 30 years disconnected because of the pathetic service and attitude of the staff.

Nice office. I have been coming to this office since my childhood. I have seen a lot of change here since last 15 years. Once there were long line for paying bills and staff was just lazy like any other govt office. But time changes, now there are only few staff personal roaming inside the campus and few dogs sleeping in peace. Staff don't have any work now as they wanted because no one is using MTNL anymore.

It's a lacklustre office somehow surviving the onslaught of private telecoms. Fortunately for it, the latter have also shown bad performance. Altogether, the whole show of all these telecoms needs urgent improvement.
