A place that serves the best tandoori items in Delhi. The butter nan is really tasty as it a mix of sheermall and a typical naan. Most pocket friendly place if you want to have a hearty non vegetarian meal.

Might not be popular outside JNU but really one of the very good places to eat. Freshly cooked food especially great quality non veg. Be it mughlai chicken or kadhai chicken along with sheermal or khameeri roti or laccha parantha, each item was having the perfect taste. Highly recommended.

Its a restaurant inside the university campus. If anyone wishes to have have rich non-veg food can try out in the evening. Its only open for the dinner.

I have tried all dishes in the menu. By all I do mean ALL. Not one dish has disappointed me ever. Just make sure you remind at the counter to pass your order to the kitchen. It's too busy and sometimes you just keep waiting while others come and go. Ask for freshly baked naan. Try kheer and sheermaal for dessert.

Oh man! This Dhaba is in JNU and really affordable.
Offers wide variety of chicken dishes at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Chicken afghani, Mutton jehangiri and mutton korma are one of the best I have tasted anywhere else. I keep visiting the joint everytime happen to be at Delhi.

Best non veg food I ever had. One of the best non-veg dhaba in Jawaharlal Nehru Uiniversity. You can try hot serve tandoori Chicken with chutney its amazing taste. Compare to other non veg food in Delhi prices are very low here. Atmosphere is also perfect specially for outsiders. Staffs and home delivery services are also fine. Friends once you have hot butter nan with hot butter chicken you will forget 5 star hotel.

Delicious and cheap mughlai food. It's deep inside the JNU campus, so you also get to enjoy the university ambience. The prices are very affordable, specially when compared to rest of Delhi. I love the sheermal here (sweet bread)!

Tandoori Roti/s are too thick. MattarPanneer I orders has three huge pieces of Panneer and some Mattar with less gravy; I had to eat it just because I ordered it but couldn't do it so I had to order Dhal fry which was better.

Afghani Chicken is must try of this place. Ambience of mughal darbar may make you nostalgic about your college hangouts. Mutton in main course is also cooked well, which is soft tender and doesn't have that pungency of raw meat.

Best chicken tikka and seekh kebab for extremely reasonable prices. Totally worth the money spent. Loved my visit here.

I have never thought that Naan can be this much good. I tried Mutton sheekh kabab, palak chicken and afghani chicken. Each dish was very delicious. The ambience is of the usual campus restaurants.

Mughal Darbar is the best non veg restaurant in South Delhi. I have eaten at so many places but could not find better restaurant than this.

The owner of the Mughal Darbar himself involved in the preparation.it is situated right in the heart of the Jawahar Lal Nehru University (JNU). No party in JNU is complete without Mughal Darbar food.

Thanks restaurant is situated near Lohit hostel of the jawaharlal neharu university and is run by one of the students of JNU.
This place serves amazing food.
The service is super fast and the ambiance is naturally green and clean as it is JNU.
The KOT system has to be improvised a little for the guest to feel more comfortable.

Best place to have mutton Jahangiri and the tandoori roti server area is different than that is found over other restaurants.

Famous for dinner, ppl from out side jnu regularly came for this. Little bit coastly but u can enjoy ur dinner here.both for veg n nonveg. Jehangiri and mughlaiy chicken are famous.

Its a restaurant cum dhaba type place in JNU, situated in front of Lohit hostel. Talking about its food quality and taste.its great with justified prices. And by the way don't go with its name it has veg food also with same quality.
