They send me the defective product & Returns are not accepted for any reason. Worst experience ever.when I did call on their number Jitender Arora was speaking from their, that guy behavior is soo rude when I ask him is this multilink? He ask me in return which multilink where are you calling from please check the number before dial. I would suggest to everyone please find another alternative instead of this company. They sell a cheaper product at a high cost.

A bunch of fraudulent peoples running this company -Name is Vikrant, Deepak etc.
I order for EOC slave with wifi antenna & paid online on 30th june, i received the product on 3rd july, when i open it, i was surprised that they send some other product which is used by someone before that can be notice from the underneath bush, and the adapter indicator light gone inside the adapter, same day i applied for RMA with money back and inform them, vikrant told me i will get refund on the same day when they get the product back.
I returned the product next day (due to lockdown), product reached there on 22nd july from that day i send msg to deepak and deepak told me he give approved for refund, when i call vikrant first he said he didn't get confirmation, they need to check the product and so many reasons,
Deepak told me 2 days of time to add beneficiary to initiate NEFT transfer. After 2 days also not done the refund.
Finally they told me they will refund on saturday ie, 25th july 2020, and not done and said accounts not working, it will be on monday, monday 27th july 2020, i spoke with vikrant and he make the call on conference with divya and anand gupta (owner), i told them clearly if you don't refund i will move on legally.
After that conference call they credit the amount to my account with in 5 minutes.
Actually, IF THEY WANT THEY CAN DO, but they won't. Its their attitude.
Vikrant is a liar, reason is - i spoke with Anand gupta over phone before i order the product, when the issue raise i spoke with vikrant over phone, he said owner went to USA, (guys note this pandemic situation without flights he went to USA) then he told me he's there only. (then how i spoke with anand over phone before i make the order?) all of the conversation with vikrant was recorded.
SO BUYERS, IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER SOLUTION PLEASE CHOOSE THEM, DON'T CHOOSE HERE THIS COMPANY NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR BUSINESS.
THEY ARE LIERS AND FRAUDS.
They will cheat you anyway.
