Nice well maintained building but only issue is parking not available for visitors inside the premises and the only option is MCD parking near asaf ali road.

Sad, upic, property id, mobile no, email, all registered with North mcd, paying property tax since long online, now site after amalgamation shows no record found, mcd officials at sec 11/17 property tax office of no help,

I visited here so Many times when ever I came here I feel proud because the building is well maintained clean and tidy top class facilities looking around in the building

Civic centre is Head quarter of M. C. D. There is siting commissioner Special Officer, Engineer in chief, M. H. O, 9AddllCommissioner &others senior officers for jansunwai and M. C. D. Routine work i.e. Sanitation problems solve, Open the primary school and provided good education to Students up to 5th class, booking in Community centre, Pass the building plan, Construction of Roads and removal of wasted Malba, Disposal of seperate refuse in S. L. F.open the hospital &child welfare centre, Dispensaries, the free treatments with Medicines to citizen and others beneficial work for citizen with the help of his Employees, M. C. D.officers arrange better sanitation of delhi city, Better education to our child, pass well building plan, free treatments with medicine in his hospital&Dispensaries to citizens

A tower of 24 storey has Various dept.like SDMC, NDMC, income tax, town planning.
One can enter either with direct permission (allowed when known person will talk to the guard) or make a pass each time to visit.
Lunch time: 1: 00- 2: 00 pm
With common basement parking, it has surface parking too with proper direction.

Need to know the officer name his sitting area and contact number for SDMC Toll as our commercial cab got blacklisted at Burari for not paying online payment for MCD Toll, whereas their website do not work properly my amount is still struck at their portal, our driver had to pay cash at the spot of kalindi kunj

One of the tallest buildings in Delhi, neat and well maintained. Offices like the municipal department and income tax department are here.

I was supposed to visit this corrupt office. But could not even gain entry as you need the visitor pass. The reason for my visit was to get map for construction of building as i didnt knew the concerned department, the pass was not issued to me.
The lady at the reception was very rude. They didnt even bothered that i came in such a scorching heat of summer.
She simply said i should know which department to visit. She didn't wanted to help and straight away said that i only issue pass i have no knowledge.
What is the meaning of reception then?
If you can't even guide the needy.
Eating away the tax payers money. The experience was the worst ever.
I am looking for agents to get the work done for me.

This is the tallest building of Delhi.

It's really tall. So tall that you won't receive mobile phone signals.

It's houses the income tax department in e block. And b block.

There is also another low 4ise building which houses the municipal corporation offices.

Can't say about parking as I always reach here by metro only.its walking distance from new Delhi metro station or you can take a 10 buckks e rickshaw.

Excellent Govt offices building built by MCD if BJP. Named Shyam Prasad Mukherjee (Founder president of BJP)

Situated near cannaught place and barakhamba road. Also very close to New Delhi railway station (Ajmeri Gate). The centre comprises of many government offices including income tax department. The buildings are very well maintained and staff is well behaved as well

Very Big Government building and infact a state of Art Govt Building of Delhi. Very well maintained and built quality of the building is very good. There is very good security inside and building and no transpasser is allowed. Ample space for Car parking inside the building but it is subject to approval from Admin or Employee of MCD. This office is basically for North and South MCD and all their officials are based out of this office. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance is available and toilets are easily available and accessible for all employees and visitors. Lifts are very good and works very smoothly and fast, you will not even realise when it starts and when stops.

It's a government office building on minto road. Many government offices are there like Delhi municipal department, Income tax department etc. This building is very good maintained. Proper security is there. It is located near dassuhera maidan and new delhi railway station. Nearest metro station is, New delhi metro station.

One of the best building of Delhi. Situated in the heart of Delhi near New Delhi Railway Station. Well connected to Road, Metro, Rail. The nearest metro station is New Delhi.

You will change your perceptions about govt.manage buildings and offices after visiting civic center, cleanliness, maintenance of parks, porch's, corridors, office rooms, lifts and above all security of the building is up to the mark. What the astonishing thing observe is the behaviour of the officials of South Delhi MCD was really heartening as found them supportive to all visitors, this is all because of the good environment.

Which had many new feature.
But for those working on contractual basis is hardly earning 12-15K per month as there is a long chain of mediator including officials and other staff.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) civic centre  is the tallest building in New Delhi at 101 metres and 28 floors. The building was designed by architect Shirish Malpani. He is a visiting faculty at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Built at a cost of Rs 500-650 crore. It was inaugurated in April 2010. It is near to Asaf Ali Road. MCD Civic Centre is surrounded by Tagore Road, Jawahar Lal Nehru Road, Vivekananda Road, and Zakir Hussain College. The maintenance of the building costs Rs 8.33 crore/year. Also have a three-level basement parking facility for about 2,500 equivalent car unit, 7 entry and exit gates, 8 escalators, 43 passenger and service elevators and 100 per cent power back-up.

No matter you make a buliding like 5 star hotel but the staff working there also has to be of 5 star nature.in short it's like the usual govt.office.koi kaam nahi hoga
