This is the best gym in South Ex with proper guidance from trainers and the best part is flexible diet chart! It's been a year here and the vibe here hits you different and the music system here is actually my psychotic (pre-workout). This gym will teach you motivation is overrated and what actually matters is discipline.

Can get a bit crowded during seasons (like new years week). Rates a bit on the higher side, but u get good deals for longer packages.
Most people in delhi gyms have no discipline, atleast people here rerack their dumbbells and clean equipments after use!
