Absolutely useless service, not able to operate the machine, they keep testing this face again and again.very frustrated.before going to the reception.if you meet the patient first then everything will become clear
There is no option to download report online. I'm very strange. All diagnostic center provide online download report facility, but mustandmore site is no option.
Went here for MRI. Pretty responsive. Avg cost. Clean. A lot of people come here, referred from govt hospitals, so long lines. Changing rooms and lockers are provided. Washroom was ok. For very serious cases they have van to ferry you. You need to ask. Quick response. Pretty accurate estimates of times. They told me at what time I will have my MRI, I had it at that exact time. Pretty good.

The washrooms are also not clean. Washrooms are actually the common washrooms which are being used by patients as well as by other people in the mall.
I visited for an ultrasound test, they were performing the test on the same unhygienic bed where maybe more than 200 people have already got tested. It is very possible you will end up getting infected at this place. The lady at the ultrasound is so rude to the patients. She behaves as if the patients are getting the tests done for free.
On bringing the issue to the notice of the incharge/staff, at first they started giving clarifications that ACs are being repaired and they are in the process of renovating. Asking about the bedsheets, they said they change them everyday, on asking why they’re not using disposable sheets which can be changed with every patient, the person started behaving as if he had to take some urgent call and got away with my questions.
They are charging ₹1500 for an ultrasound and not providing services even worth ₹500.
Beware before visiting this place. This must be named government lab. Nowhere compared to any private lab in Delhi-NCR.
Edit: I got myself tested at HOD the next day after getting results from this place, the results are varying so much that there is a big reason to worry. Must and more staff diagnosed that there is an advanced renal disorder detected in the ultrasound test, when I got the ultrasound from HOD, there was no such issue and everything came completely normal.
After that I got the blood test reports from Lal Path Labs and the results from Must&More and Lal are similarly varying, my reports came completely normal from Lal Path Labs whereas the test results from this place showed increased creatine levels.
I will never suggest anyone to visit this place even for free.
Very poor. Went for ultrasound. There is no numbering system. I have been told that my number is after 10 patients and after two hours they again told me wait for another 1 hour.
Ultrasound test starts from 12.30 PM. No matters from how far you are coming, people staying nearby were given priority. Worst and Pathetic lab i have visited. Waiting time is 3 hours.
I called them and asked the price of Knee MRI, they said that it costs rupees 5000 for one knee. When my parents asked them the amount to pay, they said you have to pay 8000. My parents told them that one of their staff told us it will cost 5000 only. Then they said it's okay you can pay 5000 but they wrote on the bill that the total amnt was 8000, we discounted 3000. The staff was very rude and not answering their questions properly. Giving one star only because we can't post the review without a star!

They replied rudely and not attended.they were attending others who were coming late and no shame at all while doing that. I reached at 11.00 but after waiting 2 hours not done x ray staff is very bad and very bad lab in my life only lobby size and hall is big otherwise all services are pathetic dont come this worst lab totally useless for patients

I'm giving 1 star cause zero stars are not there. They were hungry since morning. No respect for the elderly people at all.
If you have complete day to waste then you should book appointments here. In the morning you need to take appointment. In afternoon they will do scans. In the evening they will give you report. They can't even send the report digitally.
Book your appointments only if you wanna spoil your full day. Poor staff and management.
Very bad experience, they are sitting just for money not for service. This is the 1st dignosis centre I hv ever seen which doing ultrasound only in one min. Totally drama centre.
I had came hare for my wife's Ultrasound, They said doctor will come 10: 30 am.although their timings are 9: 00 am to 7: 00 pm. Then they said doctor will come at 11: 00 am. How all the patients can remain in fasting untill the ultrasound get done. Will not recommend anyone in future.
Must & More just the name only, Service is very slow, Unprofessional people and attendants, No proper information seems no one is responsible and every one is burdened with Over Responsibility

Had a very bad experience here. You will have to wait atleast for 2-3 hours for your turn as their doctors come late. I think govt hospitals and mohalla clinic's doctors and HODs come sooner than these guys.
Today I went to the must & more diagnostics centre for the MRI. I submitted my papers around @12.40. So they told me to wait for my turn. There are 4 to 5 papers before your number. There is one bad thing going on in the centre. They are not following the rules. They are not calling in queues. Every time I asked the staff, they always said to me, "You need to wait for your turn and send others without their numbers. "
I'm very upset with the staff and the rules they followed. I'm still waiting for my turn. Don't visit this centre
Worst ever service I have experienced so far. Staff is just ridiculous. Had to visit there for an ultrasound and the behaviour of attendant and doctor was just unprofessional and very dissapointed. Not at all interactive, even didn't respond to any of my queries/questions. Seems as if robots were there and NOT human beings. Never ever going to come again to Must and more and would recommed everyone else NOT to waste your money at this place.
This is a horrible establishment. All they do is promote insurance scams partnering with nearby hospitals like Santom hospital. They withold your reports so that patient needs to stay in the hospital for another day and pay for the hospital room charges.

My parents got their test done from CGHS panel on advise of RML Docctor but now they are running pillar to post to get their reports and also the behaviour of staff is rude to them. Pathetic experience.
My first time here, staff was not helpful. And one more issue was that non of the stairs and lift will take you to their floor excepg the one which you must take from ground floor and cant be taken from 1st or 2nd floor.
(Reports are attached) I went to Ultrasound of whole abdomen. Ultrasound lady doctor was very rude and didn't check me properly. She told me There are no stones in kidneys. Next day to make sure, I went to another diagnostic centre which told me that I have 3 kidney stones.
Such a carelessness of doctors is not acceptable. Must and More staff and doctors are pathetic.
Lady dr of ultrasound department is very rude n seems like inhuman.she doesnot know how to speak with patient.one must b empathetic wid patient.who is already frightened. Pathetic, insensitive.my dad was in pain and had to get MRI done. They 1st told to come anytime. He somehow managed to go there and upon reaching there they asked him to come back in the evening. I fail to understand how can they do that. Please avoid this place.
The waiting time is quite less. Services are good. CGHS rates are offered to eligible government employees. Located very close to the Rohini West Metro Station.
The diagnostic centre is located stone throw distance from Rohini west metro station. On third floor accessible by lift which makes it convenient for the patients. Sufficient seating and waiting area. Open space are there. Staff is helpful and service fast. Results are available online be too. Digital payments available.
