Muthoot Finance Ltd.

There is a very bad staff in Muthoot finances who abuses a lot in front of the customer and talks to me very rudely. Today The staff of Muthoot has quarreled with me and my brother. Which is TA Muthoot branch, the staff here does not talk politely at all, the manager here is very ill-mannered, he also talks to the girls in a very dirty manner. I request you all to please take action against what is happening. Neena Kashyap

Worst experience from the employees. They really need goodmorning d training. As I am a regular visitor of muthoot pan India, and i know almost all procedures there. But this pathetic employees make it hard and loosing their regular customers as well. Kindly give them proper training atleast for customer management if need details pls check the cctv and contact me. Even their body language towards the customer should be improved.

The landling given here is always busy.
