I am old customer in Muthoot finance company recently I have visited this branch but I am not happy for service all people not attend to customer very poor service

The manpower is poorly trained. Transferring the money took two long days. I had to go twice there and waited so so long that the person who needs money got loan from somewhere else.
It's like wasting your time.
I would refer this branch to go only if u feel very hot and u need to sit in an AC and couldn't get one.
Feeling lonely and hot in summer at the same time?
No problem we got mutthooth group. Go there and shout at the staffs for there poor training and get ur brain fried in an AC room.
Hope the staffs gets proper training and no other would suffer like I suffered and that poor guy who took loan
