My Jio Store

I went to enquire about Jio 5G services and the staff who attended to my query had VERY POOR and RUDE behaviour. Very bad experience adding it to the bad services of Jio even in Capital Delhi

Phone of my wife was misplaced, I searched on Google for nearby Jio store and on 11 January at about 3 PM, I alongwith my wife went at this store for issuance of replacement SIM and purchase of new phone. The guy at sales counter was sorting out his papers and did not addressed us for minutes. Telling our purpose of visit, I requested for his attention. He in a indifferent tone told us to wait for another 5 minutes as he is comparing his stock which is pending since 7 Januarythe guy further told that he will first finish this task will only attend us after that. I assessed the bunch of vouchers lying on his counter and speed of his so called tallying, I observed that it is definitely going to take minimum 10 minutes. I requested him again to please take customer on priority and donot make me and my wife to stand in such manner. I also said that it's your internal stock tallying paper work and can be done, once customers are attended.
But I got signal from his demeanors that we as a customer were disturbing him in compilation of his records. We left in a disappointment and the counter guy appeared having sigh of releif on seeing us going out.
Thereafter I again searched on Google for another nearby jio store and went at Jio store at Shop No 4, KP 23 Pitampura. The sales staff very cheerfully attended us, immediately issued duplicate Sim against the lost one, after some discussiona with sales staff we also purchased One plus 8 Mobile Instrument and while the sales executive inserted new Sim in phone it got activated too. While we were leaving the sales Staff and person at cash counter thanked us many time for the visit. And thus the unpleasant experience of this store got neutralisted

Location is good. It is in front of netani subhash place metro station exit from red line near to pizza hut. The experience was not quite good. There is lack of staff and due to more work and less staff, customers have to face difficulties.
