My Jio Store

This Jio Store is On the main Road Connecting Nehru Place with Kalkaji and Has a big signage so Visibility is good. Parking is a bit of a problem.
But once inside you will find the customer service and sales persons who are very helpful and efficient. They Solved my issue professionally & fast. Want Quick service - This is the Store.

After sales service is zero. I baught a travel charger adapter for my phone it stop working in just two months and they are not providing replacement or repair of it. At the time of purchase they said 1 year warranty but never mentioned you have to keep its original packaging.

Very pathetic

This guy is a fraud, asked my friend to apu 500 in order to give a new sim. Told if he buys a new phone will give the sim immediately. Poor mans phone was stolen and this is the behaviour of this store manager. Told to remove cap as well. Pathetic store and service. Rude staff.
Never visit this store! Do not use jio worst experience ever!

ग्राहक अधिक है और सेवादार कम प्रायः लोगों को SIM लेने, MNP कराने और Migration हेतु प्रतीक्षा करनी पड़ती है। JIO को चाहिए कि चाहिए कि वो एक से अधिक कर्मी को मोबाइल संग IDEMIA (Morpho) biometric sensor देकर ग्राहक सेवा में उपस्थित रखे।

The people here are very nice, I liked this store very much and this Jo Hiralal is very nice, they helped me a lot.

The people manage the store with fraudsters, they told me that the guy would come home to give me sim and eventually found out he gave a sim which isn't of any use. Only to make trips to the store. Other sim also the same. They provide the sim which aren't working or have issues then they ask money for replacement, Perhaps seems like a frequent behaviour to fool the customers.

Dont know how to treat customers. Staff is not well behaved. All the staff was having lunch at the same time. No was there to attend the customer. And they dont even know how to talk. Bluntly asked to come after some time

Unable to get my sim card activated for 10 days and in 3 visits, gradually the plan for the month expired and now it cannot be activated without plan, also, the work cannot be done before 9 and after 7 as thier responsible person who does this activity is not there & working professional cannot visit within 9 to 7 timings.

Very pathetic staff, unable to solve my issue, had to return empty handed twice from the store.

Very very worst experience they are useless don't have manners even we visited thrice but no response they act like they don't know anything you have to shut this store very pathetic can't believe jio is serving this type of manner useless

Staffs are friendly, good environment.it is located on 10 minutes walking distance from nehru place

I literally regretted after making an purchase of Samsung s 20 fe for their. Their employee name harish gives me an fake commitments so that I would make an purchase for their. After making an purchase they are haven't given me the bill and also they are not responding to any calls that I have every irresponsible behavior.
