My Jio Store

Worst Jio store out there. When u call them they will say wrong number and even the store staff is not professional.

I bought an esim from this store but rather than writing my email address they wrote any random email and i got to know about it through Truecaller

One of my Jio number is lost while I'm travelling Lal Quila to Mahipalpur. So, firstly I contact to the Jio customer executive and turn off the all services on my Jio number and I came two times in Palam Jio store and both days they give me excuse. First day they told me that you're late you come tomorrow before 6: 00 pm and 2-3 days later I'm again went to this Jio store and they said to me that the SIM is not available and today I came here 2 week later and now an employee said to me that our SIM portal is not working I mean what is this behavior of Jio store's staff.

This store is totally useless, no solution. I visited this place for my sim change and to change to post paid from pre paid. Never able to do it. Staff is rude, inefficient.

Very rude behaviour of the staff and using absuing words named deepak bhist dont know how to deal with the customer he doesnt have proper knowldge about jio company pls kindaly re-trainn your employ, they are misguiding customer.

Earlier when jio was free first time.there used to be huge queue.nowdays u can visit easily

This is a My jio Store located at the main palam market under the flyover bridge.
Store have multiple brand mobiles, like Nokia, Samsung, apple etc, They provide jio services like new connection, mobile accessories, recharges, bill payment etc.
They also have gift vouchers like google gift card, BookMyShow cards etc.
All services under one roof.
Very happy with the customer service.
