Very poor response from MyChoize.no cordination between customer care and operation team.keep customer in dark until last moment.

I wish I had the rating option in minus!

Mychoize team is quite professional in spoiling your trip.

So I had booked scorpio last week with them for a very important function in my family. While booking it they said I will get the car details right away life color, make, model etc. However when I called their hub team they said it will be revealed before 2 hours of the journey.
And then before 12 hours of my journey I received a call stating scorpio has got broken down and we are giving you another vehicle without even understanding my experience on the car, choice of the car for which I paid and they committed to provide. It was just an imposed trick to control the situation when I disagreed as I didn't have idea to drive those referred options it tool 5 seconds for them to conclusion to cancel the booking without even knowing the dependency on them, family with me as per plan. They and their hub members are very pathetic not just in their services but also in communication.
Honestly I don't expect anyone from mychoize to come up on this review to mention something robotic as usual. Grow up with your standards. Stop fooling customers, it won't take much to kick you out from the market with such attitude.

I recently had the most appalling experience with MY CHOIZE, and I am compelled to share my disappointment with the hope that others will be spared from enduring such a nightmare. The level of unprofessionalism and utter disregard for customer satisfaction that I encountered is simply beyond belief.

First and foremost, I had made a booking with MY CHOIZE well in advance, ensuring my plans were in order and expecting a seamless experience. However, just a few hours before my scheduled pickup time, I received a shocking email notifying me that my reservation had been canceled. The sudden cancellation left me in a dire situation, as I had made important arrangements based on the confirmed booking.

What truly astounded me was the complete lack of responsibility demonstrated by MY CHOIZE's customer care service. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, nobody was responsive. Their so-called "customer care" team was nowhere to be found, and there was not a single senior staff member available to address my concerns. This lack of availability and accountability is utterly unacceptable, particularly when customers are left stranded and in need of assistance.

Furthermore, the lack of communication and timely notification is indicative of a severe lack of professionalism. The cancellation of a reservation mere hours before the pickup time not only disrupted my plans but also caused immense inconvenience and unnecessary stress. MY CHOIZE failed to fulfill its basic obligation to provide the rental car I had booked, leaving me in a precarious situation with no viable alternative.

To add insult to injury, the absence of any sort of explanation or apology compounds the company's negligence. It is a fundamental expectation for a reputable organization to communicate with its customers, especially when unexpected circumstances arise. MY CHOIZE demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and failed to acknowledge the inconvenience caused, let alone provide any form of compensation.

In light of this terrible experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering renting a car from MY CHOIZE to look elsewhere. Their lack of responsibility, poor customer care service, and unprofessional behavior make them a company unworthy of anyone's business. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and potential disruption of your plans by steering clear of this woefully inadequate rental car provider.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others, and that MY CHOIZE takes the necessary steps to rectify their abysmal service. Customers deserve better treatment, respect, and reliability when dealing with such service-oriented businesses, and it is disheartening to encounter such a complete disregard for these principles.

Valid DL was denied by MyChoize team and they informed me about the cancellation 3 prior of pickup delivery due to which i my plan was delayed by 8 hours to arrange car by different vendor. And they accepted the Driving license as it is valid.

Madan Mohan was on time to deliver the car and onboarding and handover of the car was neat. Would defo recommend this car rental.

Terrible experience booking with your company. Having flaunted so much about their fleet of cars available for rent, it was shocking for me to know that they didn’t even have a single 7 seater car available as an alternative when our booking was cancelled a few hours before our travel. Highly unprofessional company. Please stop promoting yourself as having a so-called amazing fleet of cars! Unbelievable. If you are planning to book a car from this company, avoid it without having a single doubt.

This was my first fime booking a rental car from MyChoize. The booking, confirmation, pickup and return of the car was really amazing.shoutout to Mohit for arranging the car on time and a special shoutout to Rafikul for going above and beyond to be available to pick up the car and understanding the situation. He is very professional and polite.
I have not given 5 stars due the condition of the car and Few things.

1. You might end of getting a yellow plate car (which most of us might now like)
2. The condition of the car was not really good but decent and as soon as i started i got service due warning message. Which is not good. And risky when you are traveling with family.

ALL IN ALL VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH MYCHOIZE ON THIS PRICE.

This is the worst car rental service I have ever had. I had booked a car from Delhi. They don't give you the refund that they take as security. I will be filing a case in the consumer court to get the refund. The condition of the cars is so bad that you can't take it for long drives. It is a fraud company. Never choose this service, there are other better options like ZOOMCAR.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRR! DO NOT RENT A SELF DRIVE CAR FROM THEM.
FRAUDULENT TRANSACATION and chances are YOU CAN GET RABIES. Not just once but 2 times I have tried and they are painfully THE WORST product and service I have ever had in not only car rental but any customer service experiences there can ever be.

1. The product - worst car condition its as if you are driving a lorry from 1970s. The car stopped (both times) in the middle of the road due to its ill-maintained condition and worst track record.

2. Cleanliness - There was rat and cockroach in the car the first time (I thought it was a one time thing but the second time it was equally dirty minus the rat).

3. Service - Car pick up and drop + taxes + security deposit everything is included in the initial payment slip. But having discussed the drop-off timing and other details over call, the guy who comes to pick up the car from you will make u stall and answer questions delaying your entire process and making a mess of a situation. First of all - they had tagged a wrong customer profile on the file and the pickup guy was arguing for 30 mins for no reason.

And finally to top it all, they charged me for the fuel and pick up hours exactly enough to match my SECURITY DEPOSIT amount so they dont have to refund anything.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH POOR BUSINESS ETHICS AND SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE.

Eg: - nowadays many highways have speed limit of 100 km/hr, but according to the policy hirer can't exceed 80. Which affect the total trip duration.

Appart from policy

: - the hidden GST charges should be included in the total amount or the display amount.

: - 28% GST on the security deposit amount, which is not even mention in the terms and conditions of yours.

It should be included.obviously.

My experience was great! I was able to book self drive cars and choose from a wide variety of car options. The car was delivered at my doorstep and the booking process was completely hassle free. It's best for long weekend getaways and honestly it's one of the best car rentals in India.

Just took a Hexa for 5 days. Car was not cleaned at all & had lot of scratches & dents.
One of the tyres had to be changed too.
Handovers were smooth - but overall not a pleasant experience. We take self-drives frequently but this was the worst experience till date

Car which is given to me is very old. I expected a decent car but that didn't happen. There is no way to know the details about the car in the website. We should just hope that we get some new car, so I don't recommend it. Please improve the website by adding all the relevant information which is very useful in selecting the car. So for now I would prefer other alternatives for car rental.

I had a good overall experience. I was satisfied with the staff behaviour, payment procedure as well as the quality and delivery time of the car.

Booked Hyundai Venue.
- On time delivery and pick up.
- Great car condition for a car that had 65k on odometer.
- The handover was thorough (which means more time) as compared to other self drive rentals I have tried. Showed documents, explained about tolls and taxes etc.
- The fuel was almost empty and I returned with more fuel but I was refunded the difference amount without having to ask.

Worst of all. Plz get a cab from anywhere except Mychoice. They charged me 3000 rupees because of tyre puncher and there executives are also not good. I got late because of tyre puncher and their executive started abusing even when I had paid 600 rupees for pick up and drop. I am not able to upload screen shot of the mail where they have mention that the amount got deducted because of tyre puncher. Very bad service and their app is also not give u update about anything. Will not recommend this to anyone.

I rented a Mahindra Scorpio from MyChoize for 3 days. The car's condition was not perfect, but it was good. No issues throughout the whole trip though.

Booked harrier with mychoize and the car was on point. Drove it for more then 1500 kilometres and got a mileage of 22 km/l. The car was very low on odometer and was in mint condition. If you looking to book a harrier with them, go ahead.

Initially MyChoize showed only 9% Tax in its invoice, later after the ride they increased to 23% (pls refer my picture posted). It was a blatant Cheating and Fraud. They should be punished in my opinion. I intend others should not get cheated. When I asked thru email, there was no proper explanation. It was such a bad experience with the people involved in the service. They were rude, and irresponsible. The car provided was also (Nexon, AT) not at good condition.
I suggest one NOT TO go for MYCHOICE, then you may end-up losing money and cheated.

I have took one Scorpio car on October 17 to 22, when I contact their customer service, they have promised the car will be perfect condition, when their driver brought the car to pick me I was completely disappointed reason is, the car was fully dirty n fully scratched at the body, I Neglected it and thought that car will be good to drive. But The tire prunchured thrice on the way and the radiator fluid was leaking.we requested a GPS and the gps was also not working.i was not able to use my location in my mobile as I was traveling far and the charger in the vehicle too was not working totally it was a disaster.

Worst service and big cheater, have taken a car for 7days extra bill made on car return 3600, didn't return security og 6k and so much harassment in returning and takin car, zoom car 1000tym better, DNT look for few RS discount ur end up paying much more extra

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They are thugs. They charged whatever from your security deposit after their service. They charge extra taxes and GST for the fuel. They charged INR 2500 in the name of car damage which is nothing just a point/ dot on glass. Believe me you will regret if you thinking about to rent a car from MyChoize.

This is a fraud company. Never book from these guys. Always go for zoomcar. These guys know every method to extract money from customers. Provide you with very old and bad maintained cars. And they will then extract the money from customers saying you damaged it. Even if you handover in same case and they its ok later they will say andar kuch khraab tha uska paisa kat gaya. They are fraud. Extracted 4000 extra money from me. Dont book.

This was my first time trying Mychoize for a 2 days' journey. Satisfied with the state of their cars and assistance along the way.

Worst experience!
We booked TUV 300 from ghaziabad to amritsar. None of the charging point was working so we were not able to charge our phone or listen to music during 7-8 drive (one sided). The alignment of the car was not proper, the wiper on front mirror was damaged so we struggled a lot when it started pouring.

While booking we paid Rs. 350 to mychoice for dropping the car at our home in vaishali and also paid additional Rs. 350 for them to pick the car from our home after the return. To add to the trouble, there delivery person denied to pick the car from our home and asked us to drop off the car at anand vihar.
We made numerous call to mychoice customer care team and delhi office team. Finally they agreed to pick the car from our home but charged us Rs. 200 extra for that. So techincally, we paid then Rs. 200+Rs 350 + Rs. 350 =Rs. 900.

Please be cautious while making your booking with them as we didn't turn right choice for us to book through mychoice.

Don't trust them they all are pro level cheater worst services. I regret for giving even 1 star.

They have cut the amount from my security, with no reason, they have cancelled my booking, because the document shared are blur, but what can I do our government is blur document

They are theives. For one bar of deisel charged me 700 ruppees. That too when the fuel was given on the required mark. They dont go by the rule books. Full to full codition was never fulfilled by them. This is the worst company. Never fall in trap. A genuine review. May contact me for real experience.

The worst experience i booked car on 23 nov for 1 day they gave xuv 500 at 4 am delhi cp before taking the car we asked the team that the is ok or not but they said its absolutely fine and which was 85000 kms driven and after we got to know that its clutch plate has been changed thrice later on after the incident.i went to vrindavan 150kms the car clutch plate was burned at 12pm we just used their car for 8 hours they made me wait for 6 hours though i was told that i need to wait just one hour and we just need to handover the keys and they will do their best for refund but nothing happened they took 10700 full then i have to pay extra to return to delhi my whole trip was ruined because of them.then i toed the car till crain and came back delhi at night with public convience and they have also deducted the deposit as well as the rent their team customer care seniors all are very careless doesnt know how to talk behave.

I am using the services of Orix MyChoize for past 4yrs now. I can recommend MyChoize to be yourChoize too. With the high quality well maintained cars provided to the anytime response on queries, they have exemplary service. And the choice of cars are quite good too compared to many other similar service providers. My experience with myChoice has been consistently excellent. I certainly hope that they extend their services to the remaining parts of India soon. I have used services from other major providers as well in the past and have not found their services upto my expectation.

Pathetic experience! They can't confirm your booking unless you link Aadhar. Without that, you don't exist. It's okay if you don't have a driving license; you just need Aaadhar to prove you are alive and can drive. BTW, this is not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions or FAQs and they will not mention it on an email. And their hold tune while you wait to speak to a customer care executive is the worst I have ever heard-some idiotic guy whining in high pitch "Arre Yaar, mere kilometers to khatam ho gaye. ". They seriously need a reality check to survive in an environment with educated people and MNCs running the self-drive market. Best avoid them and save yourself a migraine.
