They have the worst services, No one is willing to resolve your query even after serval escalations.
Service team is not even bothered to call back.

Nasreen has been helping manage our MyOperator account for the past 2 years. She is an outstanding rep. MyOp has a decent experience. Their is room for improvement in the interface.

Very poor response and service no technical support provided.no solution to problem refund my annual money. Ankit Jian owner should look into his Clients problem personally.call drops.out of 6 department 2 only working and 4 not. I am your Client since last three years and your service have drastically gown down. REFUND MY MONEY OR FIND FAULT IN SOFTWARE AND RECTIFY MY PROBLEM.

Worst partnership model. You did fraud with me taken INR 2 Lakh from me and when asked for refund just because you were not able to deliver what my client has request just a multi level IVR.

Worst company and pathetic services. Don't ever go with this company. You will end up losing your money and just taking frustrations only.

To be very honest, Very poor service and very high price.
No one will pick call in first 3-4 attempts.
Number was dead for 2 hours 2 times in the last 30 days

These guys just don't respond to a problem. One employees contradicts the other one and this goes on and on.

Bad services, customer care service is very bad. Would ot recommend at all. They had told me one time payment but abruptly stopped my services asking for extra money

The company has appointed fools like Sadhin Nag who for their Sales targets start sending messages and do umpteen number of calls. They have the audacity to even get impatient if the client does not make the payment. Sorry State of affairs. May god bless such companies.

We were using their services for last 3 years and have valid subscription with advance payment till December 2020. During lockdown they discontinued our services mentioning over usage. For last one and half month our clients are not able to connect to us and myoperator is saying till the time you don' t pay for over usage, the services can't be restored. Further, they will keep charging for this period of service suspension as well.

Really unacceptable, just for Rs. 2000 over usage you can bar the communication and stall the clients of company. Who is going to bear the reputation and business loss.

Recommend everyone to move out of such companies who black-mail you as the number circulated is with them.

The height is that even if we discontinue, myoperator is not going to refund the balance amount of unused months. So we have paid 12 months subscription for 3 months usage.
