Worst customer service ever faced. I order from this website, paid entire amount online while placing order, but now I am gettig msg to keep cash ready when delivery boy comes the product is marked as COD and I have to py again for getting my green tea packs. I understand, it could be an error, but the worst part is when I call they say we will see what is the matter and then they cut the phone, now no one is responding back. I think I have thrown away my money away. Product was good bt the customer service has disappointed me a lot disappointed
