NAGA BAMBOO RESTAURANT

A sizeable portion of inhabitants of Kishangarh are migrants from North-East and with that in mind i began looking for a restaurant that would serve authentic cuisine from any of the seven states that comprise the region.
That is how i came across Naga-Bamboo restaurant.
The restaurant has focused on creating a decor that speaks to its roots, and my favourite part of the menu are the thali options that are representative of some of the many tribes that comprise the region of Nagaland (e.g. AO thali, Sem thali, etc.)
What i also liked about the place is that a large part of the serving and eating kitchenware are made out of bamboo, and for a restaurant that focuses on serving a price-conscious audience, using good quality cutlery was a nice touch.
Ambience: Authentic decoration, generally quiet 5/5
Food: I like it for its simplicity, authenticity and health quotient (specifically the Thali choices). Give it a miss if you are a vegetarian though
Health Quotient: 5/5 (the Thali especially).
Beverages: Everything in beverages and soups is dehydrated food, canned stuff, teabags, etc but it's quite reasonably priced. I have been to high charging places that use teabags when there is really no justification for it.
Cutlery: 5/5
Washroom: 4/5
Remote work Quotient: Need your own wifi, but otherwise no music and really quiet.
Pricing: a little too economical, so sometimes I am a bit apprehensive about the sourcing of the meat
Overall, I generally prefer going for lunch thanks to the hearty portions and simplicity of the meals.

The atmosphere is good.but after eating food from there, I got food poisoning and I was bedridden for one week.

I loved the ambience, but the food is not that good. After eating one chicken dish I got food poisoning. So, I don't recommend this place.

What a great find.hidden in the lanes of kishangarh village. The food was delicious! Run by very warm welcoming people and nice environment. Was a wonderful experience! I had the Lotha Thali.pork with bambooshoot ️ certainly coming back:)
