Hi All, I want to thanks seriously to Namaskaram Travel specially Vineet and Rajesh driver. This was the awesome trip with 10 people in Kerala. Trip was so well planned and all the hotel were top quality. I recommend if you want to travel south this is one of the best travel firm who take all your tension like booking, vehicle everything and you just go relax. Our Tempo traveler bhaiya Mr. Rajesh was so good i can’t explain in words. In whole travel from Munnar > Thekkady> Kovalam> Alleppey> Cochin no panic breaking during whole travel and Rajesh was so polite and knowledge of all places.

They arranged kerala trip for us, to alleppey and resort stay in kumarakom. They suggested good resorts for our stay. And we had a good time there.

These guys are frauds and cheats.

They Harassed us!

Never book any trip with them. We booked Kerala trip for 7 days and just took cab service as we booked hotels by ourselves. These people were not even able to manage that.

Driver which they arranged had no interest in driving and showing places, he was constantly making excuses to avoid sight seeing. In munnar he sent us on 2 hrs jeep safari instead of completing itenary and we had to pay 3000 for it. When we told this to the agent Tarun he instead of talking to driver started supporting him.

When we told them that we will be deducting amount from the balance payment as they are not delivering what they promised they shared our number with the local vendor who threatened us that if we will not pay the amount he will send his people to get the money in their way.

They were least bothered about listening to the problems we were facing with their driver and more interested in getting the payment.

I will never recommend this fraud service to anyone, they are sweet to you only till the time you haven’t paid them money. Once they get it they will not even listen to you.

We had a mixed experience not satisfied upto the extent we expected it to be. Firstly it started with a cab delay for 2 hours as soon as we reach out to Kochi airport. Worst services and excuses so said by Travel Agents. Then comes a fortune of play we got a nice cab driver for rest of the tour. Lastly the House boat (Unhygienic+ Not well conditioned deluxe boat) we got was not at all upto the mark and there-in our trip spoiled much over.

Never ever recommend Namaskaram Travels or Travel Triangle.
Poor experience. Once you pay the full amount, they degrade the service with no refund. Pathetic support.

Our trip to Kashmir was awesome. We couldn't see anything in Pahalgam due to heavy snowfall but overall it was good. Harish helped us out everywhere possible and the trip was very smooth. I have already shared his contact with a friend of mine who enquired about our trip.

I had gone to kerela in March 2022. My itinerary was 3d kovalam 2d varkla 2d alleppey 2d kochi.
And with him at every place even a miniscule problem was personally solved by Mr harish saini.easily.and even i could not get these kind of hotels at discounted prices.he spent more money than intended on my trip.

He is so amazing that none can even try to compare him.

On the scale of 5. I give him 10. Because everyone gives 5 out of 5. But he is simply unimaginably helpful. He cannot be rated. He is so amazing.

I can say that my trip was Average.initially it was good in Munnar and Thekkady. Alleppy boat ride was worst.boat was full of dirt and bad smell.

Ifour boat trip also good, I would have given rating "4"

If we say anything bad service after trip.they will say.oh sorry, you should have informed at the time of trip itself. But, before raising issue from customer end, they should double check all the things/ services. They should give good service to all customers.
This is my assumption, If we inform at the time of trip also.they will say that this is as per your package.they can say that I am creating un necessary issue for small things also.

For them, it's quite normal to schedule travel arrangements. But, for one middle class family, it's ver difficult to get ready for this type of travel. Because, middle class people can't go this type of tours every year.

My suggestions to tourists are.get clarity on the places which will be cover by Travel Agents in all your itinary locations. After going there, they may say it will not come under our package.you will end up in spending extra money to visit other places which will not cover by Travel Agents.

Take care of Drivers.not all. Some drivers may suggest/manipulate you to take local paid packages (Jeep Safaris) instead of visiting fixed places which are famous for that place.

Very bad service. Spoiled my trip. Very disappointed with namaskaram travels. Vineet Saini and him team.
“VINEET SAINI” my travel agent. He change my booking without even telling me.remove thing from my itinerary and when I asked him he started arguing & fighting.our booking was in alleppey boat house (premium category) but he changes my destination from alleppey to Kumarakom and provide me deluxe boat. And when we told him to change our boat he started asking for more money And started arguing with us. Next day our trip includes Cochin side scene but because of our destination change from alleppey to Kumarakom the route of Cochin became different and long.so he didn’t provide us Cochin side scene.
And apart from that. Our taxi driver “AMJAD MUVATTUPUZHA” which Vineet provide us was very very very bad. He fight with people on the road. Rash drive. Show people middle finger. Abuses them. And take us only to the places where him commission fixed. Very bad in behaviour and when we complained Vineet about all of this Vineet supported him and mixed up with him and try to save him. Pls do not make any plans with namaskaram travels Vineet and his team. They will spoil your trip your mood changes destination without letting you know to earn more profit and when you asked them the reason they tell you they are helping you but they are only saving money for themselves.

Booked a trip from Namaskaram Travels for my family, a group of 13 people, need to say that arrangements are top notch and most important thing is their prompt response whenever we need them.their executive vineet was our travel agent and need to say that he is quite knowledagle ragarding location and and all hotels in every location.he not only made a memorable trip for us but also he took care of our whole family like his own.even I contacted him around 12 am midnight but he was there available to help us.till now I have booked so many packages but this travel agency is so professional in their work.will stick to them from now on.thanks for the whole team of Namaskaram Travels for making my trip memorable one.

Got my Kerela honeymoon trip arranged by Vineet. It was a 7 day trip from Munnar to Thekkady to Kovalam to Alleppey to Kochi (return flight)

Trip was arranged as discussed. The cab driver was really good. But then since day 1 we got to know a lot of stuff we should have known before and agent should have informed it but he didn't.

1. Munnar hotel (Elixir hills) was 40mins away from main city. So we had to plan our travel accordingly.
2. Too much travel in hilly area. (obviously we were new so we couldn't have known)
3. Kovalam stay was arranged in Poovar which was again 30mins away from Kovalam.
4. Alleppey houseboat was not from Alleppey. It was Kumarakom houseboat. (got to know last minute which was again time taking as it was inside the city).
5. Last day, while discussing what went wrong in the trip, Vineet was so stagnant on his opinion and totally spoiled our mood by arguing horribly.
6. If you want to travel a bit outside your planned route, they will charge you extra but if you travel less than tour planned route, that is your fault.

Overall, I feel with this agent, you cannot really be tension free in your trip and things will be blamed on you if something is not right because you should have clarified it before trip started.

My advice: If you book them, do a good research on your plan because they won't.

Just completed our Kerala trip post covid. It was really a nice trip in Kerala. We stayed in Kerala for 5 days- Munnar for 2 days, 1 day in Thekkady, 1 day in Alleppey Houseboat and then Kochi.
Really appreciate Mr. Harish Saini for his amazing arrangements. He was always there and available on phone making sure we do not face any issues while travelling or stay. The resorts and houseboat which he selected were hygenic, spacious with outstanding and beautiful views. The resort/hotel/houseboat staff were very friendly, humble and took proper care of our food preferences.
Especially we would like to thank Mr. Smile for making our stay comfortable in Munnar at Myst Green Valley.
