Nandlal Sarees

They have a good variety and collection but their staff is extremely rude. The salesmen are fine and humble but the staff at the packing counter are very very rude and arrogant. They won’t even give you separate bags even if you have bought 1 lakhs worth of sarees. On top of that they will behave rudely if asked to give more bags, as if they are doing some favour to us by this.

Suggestion for them: The collection and salesman are very good and humble. Ask the rest of your staff to behave nicely with customers otherwise no one would be interested to buy from your shop.

Good Dress Range, Fixed Price made several purchases but they do not offer even clean drinking water nor the staff understands this basic need.

Worst experience ever…the sales man called Tanuj was horrible. I wasted my money n time Bt wanna make others to b aware not to make the mistake like I did.

The bad experience with the product and staff both. I've purchased one saree and the saree easily torn from the borders and the saree is completely waste for me now. And when I visited to the store the staff members behaved rudely and then even didn't take it for repair. It was around 5K and the saree is not worth it anymore.

Worst experience with delivery.they didn't respond to your order even after 2 hrs of wait they delivered the order. Worst management I ever seen.there employee fighting with one another.plz don't buy

Worst customer experience. They will throw all tantrums when you are choosing an outfit. As soon as you pay the money, they will act so slow. Won't deliver the dress on time. Won't do the fitting. Won't listen to you. Worst worst worst. Do not buy from this place if you want your outfit on time. Such a poor experience.

Very bad experience.
You should avoid to go here. Staff behavior is not good. This is the most worst showroom ever they changed the product, and most of the products are defected. I bought lehenga from here in which it has no finishing also they packed the sample piece in which had a lot of faults after compalint too they do not change or exchange it

I had a horrible experience with Nandlal. I purchased my wedding lehanga from here and they just ruined my lehanga.they took 1 month for preparing lehnga but after one month the did not even make fitting of lehanga and just gave it to me.again i had to go to their shop for fitting but they even did not check the lehnga becoz they got their payment.only money matters for Nandlal. So I will suggest all girls who does want to spoil her D Day never ever go to Nandlal for weding lehanga.

I did my wedding shopping from this place in March, 2022and my wedding lehenga was also from here. Got a lot of compliments. Must visit place for your wedding shopping.totally recommended.

If possible avoid. There are so many other shops around. I have my shopping bag deposited there while shopping and at the time of exit, their guard has given my bag to someone else. Then they are not divulging the information of the person who have taken the bag and keep talking here and there. Wasted 2 and half hour and we have to go back. Later the person came to return the bag then they keep on insisting to get the bag from their shop only which is around 30 Kms from my home. Such a horrible experience.

Good place with very good variety of clothes for girls but sizing issue is there alot with them not many sizes available.

Everything about sarees Three floors are there. Price range availability is also awesome that from four five hundred rupees to 6-7 thousands.

Staff is really arrogant. If you go to their shop and did not buy anything they start behaving rude to you.

Pros: Great variety of clothes. They have different sections for all different tupe of clothes. They also have ready made sets for groom and sets to give to men at any wedding. They have a very good collection of saree and suits. Lehnga variety is also good. Must visit for wedding shopping.
Location is also near arun vastralay, easy to find.
Cons: as the variety is very good so there is a long queue to collect the orders. Please try to go as early as possible.

These people are cheaters they don't give you complete things. Some or the other thing is missing in the dress so beware before taking anything from this shop

Purchased a wedding lahenge for 17 k and shopkeeper said take it after 15 days and took the size and when we went for pick up the lahenga they said first submit the remaining amount then only we will handover lahenga to u.we submitted the amount and they handover the lahenge and said there is no space or time for trial, just try it on your home.when we try at hime fitting was worst and they refused to alter the lahenga again. Worst experience. Don't purcahse anything from here. They will make u fool.

I bought my wedding lehenga here.

They changed the colour from red to maroon at the time of delivery.
They don't let you take photographs when u give order. Niether they let you try or open the lehenga at the time of delivery. They only give you lehenga when you pay the full amount.

Very bad at delivering their orders, no punctuality at all. They don't value customer's time. I am writing this review while waiting (3 hours straight) for my sister's dress.

A really good place to go to. Huge collection of sarees and lehengas and gowns. You can simply or directly go and get what you want in an hour. They have a wide variety of clothes and different fabrics. The best buy can be the bridal lehengas under 10K. One can get bridal lehengas under 10K which is an eye-roll thing. The place is near to Chawri Bazaar metro station hence no need to take autos or rickshaws. The shop is in reach and you can reach there by walking only. Simply would take 10-15 minutes of constant walking and you'll be there. The shop is huge and so is the collection. A must visit place.

Worst experience. Purchased lahenga 15 days before and after a week, when i went to receive it, i found heavy patches of dust and colors on it. Owner started saying that we have to accept it as it is. Owner started Barking like a dog and it is not our responsibility to deliver it clean and pressed. But somehow we didnt agreed. He said will give it after dryclean and it will take 2 more days. It took 6 days instead of 2, waited for so long to get my lahenga. Apart from this, my lahenga got misplaced from their shop, and they asked me to provide a photo of it. After a couple of hours, finally they found it. Please avoid this shop as they dont value your time. You have to call them so many times to know the status of your product. Goto any other shop but not this.

Pathetic shop.not even worth of one star.when visiting the shop, you will find good products but the product delivered is in pathetic condition.i bought a lehnga, n 2 gowns.which included my wedding gown.which is in pathetic condition.the attitude of staff n owner is also very dissapointing.not even admitting their mistakes.

They gave me a gown which seemed to be in 2nd hand/ used condition, very poor finishing.cost 20,000. I literally had to buy a new gown.
Another lehnga costing, 6000, a banarsee lehnga, which seemed so beautiful while purchasing but on delivery what I received was a vaguely stitched piece, waist 36 which was 32 actually.no Kane Kane at all.
Overall seemed a fake shop.please think 100 times before buying.
