I visited the clinic for my mother’s eye checkup since she had issue for quite sometime, post getting it checked she was diagnosed with cataract. At first I was being skeptical about surgery knowing the condition of right eye however having an acquaintance and conversation with Dr. S K Narang, we gained confidence.

We booked the date and surgery was completed. Voila! Within half hour it was done. We never expected such results. Must say, that spoonful of comfort received from him.
Not a day goes by that we ask God to bless you and your skill hands.

Unprofessional, rude and untrained staff at specs shop inside the institute.doesn't fulfill the warranty provided on spectacles by giving one reason or other.i was told that specs I was purchasing was of Italian brand however while claiming warranty it turned out to be inhouse brand.moreover i was quoted three different warranty periods by different staff on same spectacles.my spectacles broke within six months of purchase and when I claimed warranty i was told to pay 60% of specs price in order to get them repaired.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL FOR SPECTACLES.

I have visited the institute for my father’s cataract surgery. Doctors are very experienced here and they are very professional and explained thing very perfectly. Staffs are very cordial.

Vision of my father is perfect now. Dr Monica is young and very talented. She treated my father.

Not correct information given first they say open from 10 am till 07 pm and when you there doctor is not there in morning slot, its amazing! And then you go there in afternoon again its all crowded first impression wasn't good.

Narang eye institut has good for seniors as it is wonderful experience to eye check up with all experience was good. Best for any eye problems. Best of luck to team & d Dr mam the best.

The staff is polite but irresponsible, before corona we had booked cataract operation and they did not give the advance receipt and denied that no advance was given later after lockdown we again went for operation and paid advance of 1000 and wanted a refund and they denied. The variety of lenses are also limited and expensive and do not check dialation properly.

I did lasik from Narang eye centre, so this is my review after a month. My vision is pretty clear just facing halo effect/glares at night but that too because i was having high power previously. So doctor said it will be clear within one or two months, as my eyes are adjusting with the corneas that they reshape during surgery.
So far everything is going pretty good. Just waiting for crystal clear visionin coming days!
You can rely on this eye centre without any doubt.

Excellent Doctors, specially Dr. SK narang. I'm consulting Dr. Narang since 11 years, since the first time I got spects. Back then he was widely covered because he was the first doctor in Delhi to import and use a cut-less Eye operating machine from Japan. He saved my left eye, I had damaged 70% of my cornea during Holi. If you have got an eye problem he's definitely the go to man!

Pathetic experience, rude behaviour. They don't know how to talk with customers. I wish i could give them 0 rating.

Don't post any negative comments bcz your experience was not good it doesn't mean that Dr. Or hospital is not good. Every treatment needs so much precautions by the patient or there family members but you didn't follow the Dr rule and now you hide your fault and post so much negative comments by just copy an paste.

I got my Lasik done from Narang eye institute. It was a smooth and convenient process. Their counsellor walked me through the entire process in detail before the surgery which gave me the confidence to proceed. Dr Narang did the procedure for me, he is an excellent surgeon and the post surgical care was great too.

Narang eye institute is the best eye centre. My mother diagnosed with cataract in left eye. We choose Robotic surgery and it was so smooth and painless experience. No bandage on eye nothing. It was a wonderful experience. I will advise everyone to go for Robotic surgery.

Never recommend this clinic for eye check up.
The behavior towards patients by staff is very bad. The doctor never listen your problem properly. He only give his advices and making excuses and send you off.

Well I tock my mother for eye testing then for cataract surgery. Dr. Narang has no time to talk to it's patients and ask to talk to there assistant whom they talk about the money nothing else.

Dr. Narang has no regard for time. He just take money has no time to discuss.

He makes a lot by doing 150 operation a day and just don't know someone feels cheated from they doing.

Just consider a goat whom them have to money and consider themselves as a superior human.
