Narang Eye Institute

I had visited yesterday for some major issues in eyes and asking for lasik. But whole staff n doctors were focussing only on lasik as it costs much more. All the tests they have done for lasik. But they didn't even look into my issues of eyes. Even in end they forgot to recommend medicine for my problems n only said come for lasik on day you want. I asked them again to recommend me medicine. I think it's truely nothing but business. No care of patients

My experience was terrible. It's been 5 days and i have not received my spectacles till now. I'm 80 years old and i need my spectacles for daily chores.
Mr. Vishal Pandey is unhelpful and rude.
I do not recommend this place.

I went to repair my specs that was very damaged they repaired for free they are very supportive and a good Institute

I feel very good for choosing Narang eye institute for eye related issues and cataract surgery for my parents. Good and Friendly environment for patients. I appreciate Dr Narang/Dr Silkee/ Dr monika and team for eye related problems and all Staff members. But also there is some scope of changes, like some time Patient have to wait to much because reception staff not sent Patient by their turn.

Otherwise i satisfy by my previous and present experience for my parents surgeries.

Got my ICL procedure for vision correction a month ago. It went pretty quick as I was short on time. The lenses came within 3-4 days and the surgery was done over 2 days, one eye at a time. By the evening, I had clear vision, tho sensitivity to light. The recovery was very quick and one-month post-op I have way better vision than glasses/ contact lenses. Definitely a life changing experience, highly recommend Narang Institute!

This is the first time I have come to this center but after coming here I realized that the world's best medical services are available here and the doctor is also very experienced.staff also well trained and co-operative

They make you wait too much.it's pathetic. He only pay attention to rich but not to middleclass people's bekaar treatment hai

Extremely pathetic service. My mother got operated for cataract and they screwed up the case. First of all Dr Narang himself is not doing any surgery and got it operated by some junior doctor.

On the day of cataract surgery, they kept right eye details in left eye card and left eye details on right eye card. Luckily we noticed it and got it corrected.

After the surgery my mother was seeing some white light through one eye and when consulted the doctor, he said even I have this issue which is very normal. Two months from then, her retina got detached, and when we consulted some other doctor, he mentioned that this was due to cataract surgery done by Dr Narang staff. So in short DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.

Worst services and poor staff.no sense to talk.
Currently here in narang they are the worst in there services.
They just know how to misguide thats all.they dont have any solution.

Got intralase Lasik done and couldn’t be happier. I was visiting from USA and decided to get Lasik done. A family friend suggested his name. This place was very busy but the staff is very efficient in taking care of every one. Looks like every one in his staff knows their job and they do it well. Very happy with my overall experience! At first my left eye was blurry but the Dr.explained that it was normal and will take time. Now I’m 5 weeks out and my vision is getting close to perfect. Day 1 was consultation, day 2 was surgery (took about 2 hours). Actual surgery was only 15 min. Did 7 day follow up which went well. Highly recommend Dr narang.

Narang is a very very rude doctor.
I understand that he is a qualified doctor but he should learn to talk to people. If u ask him any query he will reply you in very rude manner.
There are many other polite and highly qualified eye doctors where one can get better treatment so please avoid going to him

I got catarac surgery for both my eyes.believe me my vision is so clear and i feel as if im back to my childhood days i thank the magical hands for treating me. DR. NARANG i call him the magician also i wana thank dr.sapna kumari for her support wnever i needed

Surgery with high tech technology here is best. Most satisfying. Doctors and staff is professionally sound, courteous and helpful.

Dr Narang and Dr Sapna Kumari are very confident and expert doctors professionally.

My wife was suffering from sixth nerve palsy which no neurologist or eye specialist was able to understand this rare disease. We also went to neurologist Dr Rima Khana in fortis Shalimar Bagh who advised us to admit patient for spinal tap procedure for the treatment of sixth nerve palsy.

Kudos to Dr Sapna Kumari and Dr Naarang who understood this well they said very confidentally it will be cured on its own no treatment is required just relax, I still remember their words "'Isko theek hona hi hai 8 se 10 hafte wait karo".

We followed Dr Sapna & Dr Narang advise and after 10 weeks of waiting her sixth nerve palsy is almost cured.

Their experience is most valuable asset for patients. We are really thankful to both Dr Sapna Kumari & Dr Narang.

Wonderful experience with Narang Eye Institute, Dr. Narang was a wonderful surgeon, as it was my first surgery my nerves were high but they treated me professionally and kindly.
The surgery went for approx 10 minutes and after 7 days of precautions, my vision has become crystal clear.
I am so glad I chose Narang Eye Institute.
