Poor staff, uneducated guard and service provider.irresponsible management no ground for children street dogs all around inside or outside Narmada Apartment.everytime uneducated service providers inside society like A C machanic, electrician, plumber, boring atmosphere not only a problem at ground sky always full with a high sound, no network facility poor signals

This society is in D6 vasant kunj. This is one of the best locality to live.
Schools are very near and airport is also very near.
There is green area belt and ambience Mall is at a stone's throw.

Its a residential colony in south Delhi. Very spacious with greenery and open spaces

Apartments are good, parking space is not the worst. A small park available for children. No noise pollution. Location is good. Security are not strict enough. Anyone can go in and out.

Multi storied Flats built for the Asian Games in D6 Vasant Kunj and all named after the rivers.
Now mass scale extn and buildg full flats on the roof tops. How DDA has given exclusive roof rights to the top fl owners, while a small extn requires spl sanction and increase in property tax.
Delhi Govt encourages installation of roof top solar panels, but how this is possible, when common roof top spae is grabbed by the top fl occupants.
Now most the husband-wife are working and most of the time, they are out of the house. How the lower floor owners could get regular of their overhead tanks, TV dish/antenna etc repaired if the roof door is most of the time locked?
And how the Enforcement Dte of DDA has issued a letter, bestowing terrace rights of a multistorey buildg to the top fl occupants? The Enforcement Dte has no legal authority to issue such a sanction/policy letterer to the top fl occupants, who are building full-fledged flats on the roof, for rental purposes.
Delhi is located in a high seismic zone and with this concrete jungle, where huge multistorey buildings are closely constructed, and with these massive extns, God forbids, if an earthquake from coming.
And D6 is in the flying path of flights and on this basis height of D6 (Santushti), and D7&8 flats was restrestrd to 2 stories only. Then how these 7 storied flats of new D6 (and also Shiv Murti on NH) allowed. Now even the play grds/open spaces are planned with new multi syorey flats, to please DDA offls/milk money. One dreads to think of overcrowding of concrete jungle near the busiest airport, shortage of water and elec and overcrowding of roads (with Metro coning) and fight for parking space.

Disciplined residents as regards road rules be it parking or driving. Full of extended encroachments not only as regards houses but the open spaces have also been encroached and people have constructed their houses and shops on encroached land.
